This condo was perfect. The view was awesome,getting to the beach was very easy. The best part was Another Broken Egg was a short walk for breakfast each morning!! We would definitely stay again at this condo. Thanks!

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had such a great week in Destin! This condo was perfect for our group. Even with 3 small children we had plenty of space. We never felt crowded. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. Very family friendly! The kids loved the beach toys, and the wagon was wonderful! Hope to be back again soon!!! Thanks!!

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our second stay at Joe's condo; each time we come to destin we love it! This is the best family environment we have been in on vacation! The beach is amazing and the condo has everything. We were on vacation for mother's day and I was suprised to find that the condo had everything to bake a cake and homemade pancakes which made mother's day special for all the moms that came! We had a group of ten and we never got crowded, condo is very spacious! Love it would refer it to anyone and plan on returning next year!

We just vacationed in this beautiful condo and have now found our home away from home for our yearly beach trip to Destin, FL. The condo is gorgeous, conveniently located and offers all the amentities and then some to really enjoy your vacation. This is the perfect condo for your trip to Destin. We will always book our trip through Joe and Shannon. We hated to leave!! Thanks for opening up your home to us. We will be back next year and many years to come!!

this is the second time that we had come to Destin. We loved the condo and it work wonder for our big family. The view is amazing. The place is really nice and quiet therefore it is a great place for our family since we had two babies. Our all kids loved the place and we would to come back again next year.

The pictures do not give this property justice! We were pleasently surprised by the roominess and comfort here. Everything we needed was provided. So clean and we had that "right at home" feeling as soon as we walked in. I will recommend this condo to everyone. The pool, the beach, the resturants, the shopping and the Nintindo 64 made our vacation the best ever. Thanks for sharing your "home" with us.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

We had a wonderful time at your unit this year. Our daughter celebrated her 4th birthday during our stay & we had a great beach themed party complete with hawaiin shirts & flower leis for all. The condo was great, every need met. We LOVED the addition of the beach wagon. Great idea! We rented bicycles with child seats for our 2 week stay. We traveled many miles & really love the garage access for storage. Thanks again, we can't say enough.

Joe, we really enjoyed our first visit to Destin the week of March 31 - April 7. Your condo was beautiful, and it was evident there were many things that you did to make the stay extremely pleasant. The wireless connection was extremely handy as my son had on-line school work, and my daughter is a realtor, and had to take care of some business while we were there.The décor was lovely, and the condo is located in a great location in Destin. Hi Joe, Just wanted to say thanks for letting us rent your beautiful condo. It is a wonderful place to stay at. We loved it. The boys loved the fact they each got their own queen size bed to sleep in. Destin is a beautiful place and we hope to come back again. Your condo was beautiful inside and had a wonderful view. We enjoyed the time we were there and would definetely come back again! The beach supplies in the garage were greatly appreciated! The key codes made everything simple and there was no worry about carrying or losing keys!

The condo was everything we expected and more. The extra space was just right for us, our daughters and their families. You have thought of everything anyone might need, right down to the beach chairs and toys. I miss having coffee in the morning on the balcony, watching the ocean.

Joe, Thanks so much for working with us and allowing us to lease your condo. It was great and we had a wonderful time.
