The newly furnished and remodeled condominium is very central. WALKING DISTANCE (3 minutes) TO the metro "U-Bahn".Located in an antique, freshly renovated house, built in 1932.
3 bedrooms,two with queensize beds and one with 2 single-beds, living room with dining table and full kitchen - microwave, coffeemaker ect. TV/DVD/Stereo.
2 Bathroom with bathtub/shower, towels and linen included.
Additional seperate restroom.
