Our condo has it all! Conveniently located on the Island of North Wildwood, New Jersey within two hours of New York and Philadelphia. Our newer quiet top floor end unit with approximately 1500 sq. feet has all the modern necessities that you may need for the perfect vacation... Located in a very desirable section of North Wildwood, we are just one and a half blocks to the start of the Famous Boardwalk and a free family oriented beach with restrooms & a playground.
Large, open living/dining with Flat screen TV and Gourmet ultra eat-in kitchen boasts a large two tier Corian breakfast bar (seats 4), dining table seats six. Master bedroom with private bath, middle bedroom with queen-size bed, third bedroom pyramid bed accommodates four (bottom=double, top=twin and trundle pull out=twin). ALL bedrooms have their own TV & DVD. Sofa sleeper is a queen. Tastfully decorated with bright Sea Shore furniture and accessories. Sliding glass doors lead to a large private deck with partial view of the Ocean.
Watch the parades without ever having to leave your deck. Just steps to Amusements and Water Slides. We have thought of it all!

Why the Owner Chose North Wildwood
We chose North Wildwood because of the close proximity to the beautiful white sandy beaches and the infamous Wildwood Boardwalk. We also specifically chose this block because of the amount of residential home owners as opposed to the lound noise from large hotel/motels.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We furnish most all the amenities that you could desire right down to Q-Tips. No need to worry about games for the kids we have a selection of board games and Nintendo game cube to keep them happy. We also offer approx 10 beach chairs, (no need to pack them) all types and styles. We also offer TV's in every room and they all have DVD players. The living room set also has a VCR,
just in case you have older movies to enjoy. There is also a small stereo in the Living room for your listening pleasure.
Owner's Map of North Wildwood
My husband and I grew up at the Jersey Shore. We had such wonderful childhood memories we wanted them to continue with our family and friends. We are also situated on a quiet residential block with private residences as oppossed to loud noisy hotel/motels. We have the best of it all, relax quietly on the deck and enjoy the ocean or walk a few blocks to the action nightlife. Two blocks towards the ocean will lead you to the unbelievable Wildwood Boardwalk with its unheard of rides and games not to mention the Tropical Raging Waterslide with its lazy river for kids of all ages and yes they have Tropical spirits for your relaxation also.
Weather its the excitement of the boards or you chose to sit on the deck with an umbrella in your drink, we have it all. We hope at some point to retire in our summerhome which we simply adore. Most of our cliets are return customers who over the years have become more like friends. We invite you into our warm beach home and hope that you enjoy your stay as much as we do....

This was the cleaniest place I have ever stayed in down at the shore. I have a cleaning busy so I know what I am talking about. Linda even has glass tops on all of the furniture and with the tile floors, you know it is clean. Plus, the bright cheery decorations along with the fine taste of the furniture was just the best. I have never rented a place that even has toliet paper for u to start with along with trash bags, dish soap, dshwasher soap, S&P, coffee I just couldn't believe it. When we were pulling out of the driveway to leave after a beautiful wk my hubby said to me, I really felt at home here, it's like leaving our house. This is how you felt while there, Linda thought of every amenity possib le, beach chairs, sand shovels, the carry on wheels for beach stuff; games movies, you name it she had, even insulated bags to carry to beach for sandwiches, etc. I would highly reccommend staying here, it is a home away from home.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

thank you again for letting us stay in your beautiful condo! Even though it was cold & windy alot this week, we still had an amazing time! Its always good to just get away. We love to just sit on the beach and read. I also love just sitting on the deck reading a book with a cup of coffee and a blanket. (still got a tan). Can't wait till next year! Two weeks would be great the week went toooo fast.

We would like to thank you for providing such a beautiful home at the beach for us! We appreciate all that you did for our church youth group and made a wonderful retreat possible. We had such a great time here. The weather was perfect. We had great Bible studies each night, sun and fun in the day, and had lots of time to hang out together, play games and reflect on what a great & awesome God we have!!
