The home is near the Des Moines Art Center, Jordan Creek Mall, and freeway close to The Iowa State Fairgrounds. Valley Junction and downtown Des Moines are also minutes away. The airport is nearby. Every possible amenity and concern to detail will make your stay happy and comfortable. The lower level has a furnished den with two additional beds and a combination Cable TV/DVD. Maid Service is also available.

Rental Rates .. $460/week .. $800/2 weeks, $1,000/3 weeks, $1,260/Month
$1,000 security deposit, Refundable within 5 days. $100 to reserve.
Minimum rental is one week.  Full rental amount due 45 days before
occupancy.  No refunds if cancelled 45 days or sooner of occupancy
date. No refund of $100 booking reservation.
