My husband and two teenage daughters had a great time here for Spring Break. The unit is beautifully decorated and has beautiful views from every window. The resort is huge and has a lot of activities. Close walk to the beach with amenities right there. You do have to cross a 2 lane street but the traffic is not busy at all. We saw dolphins everyday we were there, we went to the Naval Air Museum, great restaraunts and had a great time. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely come back soon!

What a fantastic place!! My wife and I and our 14 year old son had the privilege to stay here for a weekend college soccer tournament. The condo, decor, amenities all far exceeded our expectations. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and made every effort to insure we had a care-free vacation.

My friends and I have been to Portofinio many times but this was the first time we rented from an individual. Betsy made it so easy. The condo itself was wonderful with great views, comfortable beds (my friend said he slept better than he did at home), and we loved how previous renters left tons of extras... spices, beach towels, detergent, bags of ice in the freezer a couple bottles of wine in the fridge... We did the same for those coming in after us. My only complaint would be the need for more hangers. :o) While in Pensacola, don't forget to visit Peg Leg Pete's, see the Blue Angels, have dinner at Hemmingways and drinks at the Bimini bar. We'll be back next year!

We spent Labor Day weekend in Betsy's condo, and in spite of the weather, we had a wonderful stay. The condo is very clean, very well-equipped, and easy to rent. All we had to do was mail in a deposit and the fee, then Betsy mailed the keys to us. We look forward to renting this condo again in the very near future. Thanks, Betsy!!

Portofino is an amazing place to stay-the amenities are wonderful. We absolutely loved the condo-great views of the ocean and the sound. Betsy made the vacation very easy to plan-she is very easy to work with and very available if you need her. We would definitely recommend staying at her condo. My group and I had an absolute blast at this beautiful condo located in Pensacola Beach! I would HIGHLY recommend renting this condo and/or renting from this person- such a great person to deal with! The condo is in wonderful area of the Portofino and has the best view of the Gulf and Bay. If you want to stay in a great place at a beautiful beach resort, look no further than this place (unless of course, I've booked first- haha!)

What a fun place! The Portofino Island property is truly beautiful. Staying at Betsy's place was like the cherry on top of a very good dessert! The condo had fantastic views! I was awestruck by the gulf views from the floor to ceiling glass windows in both bedrooms and the living room. I really believe this is the perfect spot on the perfect floor for wonderful views. Pleasant furnishings; kitchen was really well equipped. Comfortable, comfortable. Really liked the reserved garage parking. Easy access. Quiet. Great floor plan. I asked my husband and he had NO complaints. Easy, breezy dealing with Betsy. We'll be back.

My husband and I stayed 6 weeks during January and February in this beautiful condo. The accomodations were wonderful and accurately reflected in the listing description. We liked the security of a gated community and especially the great amenities which included the LifeStyle Fitness Center and tennis courts. My husband particurlarly enjoyed swimming in the indoor Olympic-size lap pool and I enjoyed the boot camp exercise classes offered in the fitness center as well as the massages and sauna & steam room. I can't say enough about the spectacular view of the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound. I enjoyed watching and photographing the sunrises. Betsy made the rental process very easy. If you are looking for a comfortable condo with great views and lots to do on site, you have found it. The condo is clean and comfortable with a great view of the gulf. You can also see the Sound from your balcony. The beach is across the street. There are multiple pools and a fitness center. The property is secure. The staff is attentive to your needs as well. There are numerous restraunts and activities in the area. Betsy was very helpful and easy to work with. We will definitely make plans to return again.

I stayed at this condo with a group of friends during Memorial day weekend (2010). The owner facilitated the entire transaction and we had no problem whatsoever. The condo was clean and fully equipped (appliances, utensils, sheets, bath towels, beach towels). I certainly look forward to stay at this condo in the future. Portofino is somewhat one of the best vacation resorts I have even been. Navarro beach offers anyone one of the best beach experiences in the entire US. It is a great place for family reunions, friend’s getaway or just relaxing with your significant other (special in those full moon nights with the gulf cost in the background). Hope you will have a great time.

Come enjoy all of the activities offered at Portofino, including indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, and a fun waterpark on the Sound, where there is no impact from the oil spill!

We have 4 children and I must say this was the best condo that we have ever stayed at. We have stayed at many condos, but this was definately the BEST!!! The rooms was beautiful!! All the activities on site that you can do is definately a plus! With the different ages of children sometime it is hard to keep everyone happy . . . well at this condo there is definately no problem . . . everyone loves it!!! Just returned from 5 nights in Betsy's Portofino condo. The view is spectacular on both the Gulfside and the Sound. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with coffee and breakfast in the mornings. The property is well appointed with very comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Betsy is fantastic to work with making the entire transaction simple and promptly responding to all questions. Portofino is a favorite Pensacola destination. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at the Portofino this Memorial weekend. The condo was beautiful and well kept. The owner, Mrs. Booth, was very nice and accommodating to our needs! Since we had rain a couple of days in our stay, Mrs. Booth let us extend our check out time. This allowed us to have another full sunny day on the beach. We had a great time and we will be back! I've been going to Pensacola Beach to visit my children for the last 10 years and never have I stayed in a more beautiful place as Besty's Portofino Condo. Not only is Betsy the most accommodating, nicest host you'll find anywhere, the amenities at Portofino are superior. Waking up everyday to the view of the endless beach with it's turquoise water as far as your eyes can see is joyous. But the most amazing sight is the full moon rising over the gulf luminating a path to your patio. It's truly unforgettable. Can't wait to go back! Kathy

Our visit to Betsy’s condo was a rejuvenating discovery of all the universal elements. Fresh air; exhilarating ocean water; a moon and stars that hang over the balcony each night; being lulled to sleep by the hypnotic sounds of ocean waves. We’d love to return to this large, cheery, expansive apartment with breathtaking views from every corner. (no hairdryer in condo). Golf lovers: We recommend “Hidden Creek Golf Resort.”

My sister and I loved our 2 bedroom condo at Portofino. Condo is elegantly, but comfortably decorated, and was immaculate. It has beautiful views of the Gulf and the Bay. We wished we had more time to spend at the pool and spa, but we were enjoying the Air Show and Blue Angels at NAS. We had an excellent lunch at the Fish House in Pensacola. We had a very nice week. It was our 35th wedding anniv. and we got to do it in style!!!! The condo was very nice and roomy and well kept. The view was awsome!!! Could see the beach and the bay both. The pool was very nice, but at times there were to many children for us, the hot tub was also broke all week and I had look forward to spending a few nights in the hot tub. The beach was nice and white and not hot to walk on. The water very clear. I did get a nice tan to take back to Houston. We could have stayed a few more weeks but had to go back to work.

What a wonderful home away from home. My family just made plans to once again be visitors to the Booth's condo at Portifino in June. We were there for Thanksgiving and enjoyed it immensely. The grounds were so well maincured in November and the amenities offered onsite made it extremely hard for us to leave. The Booth's unit was completely furnished with everything we needed including a breathtaking view of the Gulf and enough living space for my now 16mos. old to take his first steps. I will spread the word and encourage others to take advantage of such a wonderful vacation spot.

The Booth's condo is absolutely beautiful. We stayed for five nights in May and were very happy with the accommodations. The rooms were lovely and the kitchen was fully loaded with anything that we needed to cook our meals. My favorite part was the beautiful view of the Gulf from every room. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. My family and I were impressed with everything that the Booth's have done to their "home away from home". This is my youngest som's first time to the beach and I am so glad that we stayed here. I would recomend the Protofino to anyone that asked, especially the Booth's condo.
