Copper Junction condo description
You're looking at Copper Mountain's premier ski-in and ski-out location. Walk out the door of Copper Junction, right up to the American Eagle lift located in the center village. Enjoy the views from the enormous living room window that overlooks Burning Stones Plaza, Copper Mountain's prestigious village, American Eagle lift, and its main ski slopes.
Enjoy almost 1400 square feet in this spacious two-bedroom plus loft unit. As one of the first condos built at Copper, the advantages are best location and spaciousness. The newer condo buildings, while being beautiful with great amenities, are much smaller in comparison. This condo's area of living space clearly outsizes the competition for this prized location. The main floor master bedroom has a king bed and private three-quarter bath.
The upstairs bedroom has two queen beds and shares a full bath with the loft; the loft has two single beds. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room and a half bath located on the main floor. This rare combination of size and location accommodates six individuals privately or three couples privately and up to ten people for those full-on stays!
Watch your favorite shows and movies on the 55' flat screen HDTV w/ DVD in the living room. Or get cozy in bed and watch on the 40' flat screens in both bedrooms.
This unit is smoke free, and offers free wifi, free parking, a fully equipped kitchen, and lots of extra supplies.
This condo is still pet-friendly. The pet fee is $50 per pet per night. There are no exceptions to the pet fee, even for your exceptionally behaved non-shedding pet. Guests in violation of the pet policy will be charged a minimum of $300.
Skiers will love and be spoiled by this impeccable location. Just steps from the chairlifts everyone will enjoy the living room mural views of the ski slopes and appreciate the broad array of shopping and dining possibilities beneath the condominium on the Burning Stones Plaza.
But, please note that if you're looking for luxury or premium accommodations, Copper Junction is not the condo for you. The building was built in 1973 and has not changed much since. But, if you're looking for a convenient and roomy condo for your fully-charged ski vacation, you'll love this condo.
We can offer you a 20-25% discount on all of your equipment rental needs at Peak Sports - right in the Copper Junction building! Upon confirmation, we'll send you the link to Peak Sports so you can reserve in advance online.
Payment/Cancellation Policy - We require a 50% initial payment to confirm the reservation and the balance is due 60 days before your Arrival Date. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, if we re-book the unit, we will refund the deposit minus a $100 cancel fee. NO REFUNDS given for cancellations made within 60 days of the reservation. There are no exceptions to this policy. We highly recommend Travel Insurance including coverage for cancellation due to any reason. Unused nights caused by early departure, and/or a reduction in nights, for any reason, are considered cancellations.

Location is awesome - steps from American Eagle lift. Plenty of places to walk to, eat, shop, etc. The pizza place that was in the bottom of the condo is now closed, but I'm sure something else will open up there. The places was HUGE - biggest place I've stayed at in all my years skiing. As mentioned above, it's not super fancy, but had everything you needed. Would rent here again. Loved that we could bring our dog.

Large and excellent location
Large and excellent location
This is an excellent location right at the base of the American Eagle lift. Many restaurants, bars and shops are within feet of this condo. The condo itself was clean and very large. The gas fireplace really heats up the condo and dries off wet clothes. We used the Peak rental shop right in the same building with the discounted coupons provided. We will stay here again for future Copper Mountain stays.

Owner response: We love hearing from happy guests - thank you kindly for your review! The fireplace sure does radiate lots of heat, and we never thought of using it to dry clothes. Another great tip for our future guests. We hope you contact us again for your future Copper trips!
Great Summer Spot too!
Great Summer Spot too!
We have stayed in this Condo 4 times now. It is our first choice when looking for a Summer getaway. It is close to activities, offers fantastic views, and great layout for teenagers to hang out upstairs. Our dog always comes along and this is his favorite place in the world! He always remembers the Condo - and can lead the way to the door. Hoping to stay again here again next Summer.

Owner response: It's great to hear that you continue to enjoy the condo so much. I love hearing that your dog is excited to arrive, too. So cute! We're very happy that this building is still pet-friendly because so many at Copper are no longer pet-friendly. Thanks SO much for your comments and we look forward to hearing from you again. ~Leigh

We recently stayed at Copper Junction in this condo and we were very pleased with the amenties and location. I do not think the convenience for a skier can get any better than this unless you slept at the top of the mountain with your skis on. The rental shop was on the first floor as well as the ski lockers and a very nice pizza place I might add. Just a elevator ride to the 1st floor, turn left and go through two doors and you are at the lockers and about 10 short steps away from the American Eagle lift. When you come back, there are ski racks conveniently located by the entrance. We enjoyed looking out the window at the base area, shops, pipe and skiers coming in. Lift tickets can be picked up right across from the condo (looking out the direction of the windows) as well as jumping tickets for the kids and adults for the bungee cord trampolines located by the condo. Would love to stay here again and would recommend a stay in this condo. This was our first trip to Copper and think we may have found a favorite!

Owner response: Thanks so much for this helpful review, and we're so pleased that you enjoyed our condo and your first trip to Copper. We hope to see you again!
This was a great place to stay. It is close to everything. The lift is out the side door (you can take the stairs or elevator) , there is a pizza place and ski rental shop in the building too. You can see the torch parade and fireworks in the warmth of the condo, as well as other happenings in the main area of the village. The bus stop is out the back door if you need to use the bus and the parking is under the building. We have four adult children and our girls took over the loft and our boys the upstairs bedroom leaving the downstairs bedroom to me and my husband...very quite and a nice big king bed. Leigh, the owner, is very prompt in answering questions and helping with discounts.

Owner response: Thanks so much for your review - we REALLY appreciate it! :) The bus stop out the back door is something that we forget to tell people about, so thanks for reminding us. We hope to see you back soon!
We loved out stay in Copper Junction #401. The condo is very comfortable and well-stocked, and the location is FANTASTIC. It was such a treat to look right out over the center square and the American Eagle lift, and to be able to easily come and go throughout the day (especially with young children!). I also really liked the TV's and VCR/DVD's in the bedrooms, and it was great to dry my gloves and boots by the fireplace in the evenings. Thank you for providing such a great property and a wonderful stay at Copper Mountain!
