Immaculate stilt home in one of the most desirable neighborhoods. Located at mile marker 92.5 (between Key Largo and Islamorada) on the oceanside. House sits on deep water canal with direct ocean access (10 houses from open ocean).
Bring your boat or just rent one so you can enjoy snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing or sail the family to one of the many outdoor restaurants. Dock is 40 foot and has two electric davits.
Upstairs, the master has a king bed with adjoining bathroom. Guest room has a queen bed and separate bathroom. Family room has a queen sleep sofa. The kitchen, family room and dining room open up to a covered balcony which overlooks the patio and canal. Enjoy the ocean breezes and relax in the swing.
Downstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen sleep sofa and a half bath. Patio area has plenty of room to enjoy a family BBQ and also has a fish frying station to cook up your fresh catch. There are two utility rooms to store your diving gear and fishing rods.
The house is only a two minute drive from Harry Harris State Park. The park has a kid-friendly swimming beach, large playground, basketball court, baseball field and two boat ramps.
