This charming, one bedroom, poolside condominium- beautifully finished with travertine and granite-is located in the oceanfront resort of Villa Renaissance. The ocean is only steps away from your door, and there is a lovely garden view from the patio.
Villa Renaissance is centrally located in the heart of Grace Bay Beach, adjacent to the new Regent Village shops and across from the Saltmills Plaza. The resort has a beautiful mosaic tiled pool with jacuzzi, a fitness center, a lighted tennis court, a poolside bar, an on-site spa, and a private beach with complimentary chaises and umbrellas. Daily maid service and a cell phone are included in the rate.
The Living Room has a flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a CD player.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped.
The separate bedroom has a king-sized bed, an en-suite bath, a DVD player and a second flat screen television.
There are four restaurants at the end of the drive and several others within a 10 minute walk.
Our unit is managed by a wonderful property management company located across the street.
Pricing is for 2 people. An 11% government tax applies. Please note that this is a non-smoking unit.
