Captain John Fripp Villa #341- This completely renovated two bedroom, two full bath condominium is located on the center of the island next to the Beach Club. The condo is in the horseshoe courtyard with views of the ocean and the private pool.(This pool can only be used by guests staying in this complex). The bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom has a king-size bed and TV. The other bedroom has a set of twin beds. There is one full bath upstairs that is shared by the two bedrooms.
The downstairs has a brand new loveseat and sleeper sofa. There is an entertainment center that contains a TV, VCR, DVD, and CD/radio player. The dining area has a table that seats six people. There is a full bathroom downstairs. The kitchen has new appliances, countertops, cabinets, dishes, silverware, etc. All of the floors downstairs are tiled.
There is a patio with a charcoal grill and views of the ocean (50 steps to the right) and the private courtyard pool (20 steps to the left).
Two amenity cards are available upon request. Additional cards are available for $75 each.
This is a nice and clean condominium! We would like to keep it that way so NO MORE THAN SIX (6) PEOPLE MAY STAY HERE. No smoking and no pets allowed.
