This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath "Jacaranda model" has it all!! It is a fully furnished unit on the golf course facing west with spectacular views of the Santa Rosa Mountains, the Chocolate Mountains, and has double fairway views.

Our unit has a secluded courtyard facing east for morning coffee and has afternoon sun on the back patio facing the golf course. It is beautifully decorated in warm soft southwest colors. It sleeps four comfortably with a king-size bed in both bedrooms with two private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a spa tub while the guest bedroom has a large enclosed shower. A gas fireplace, wet bar, new stainless appliances, built in wine cooler, antiqued cabinets, built in barbeque, big screen tv, high speed internet,and best of all a FANTASTIC view of both the golf course and the mountains. Relax at one of the many community pools just steps away.

  • My second visit to this heavenly spot was just as wonderful as the first! Even though I had been there only once before, I was surprised at how much it felt like "going home" when we arrived. We enjoyed many of the same activities(a little golf, lots of pooltime - it's so close and so quiet it feels like our private pool and spa - old restaurants, new restaurants, College of the Desert) and the overriding sense was that while we were busy, the time spend there was totally relaxing. I think it is because the condo is all about "calm". It's warm and inviting, and is already calling me back! So thanks again to Carol and Rick for creating an atmosphere that feels like home with none of the stresses of daily life. I will return.

  • My friends and I stayed in this condo for an end-of-winter getaway (we're from Minnesota), and what a perfect vacation experience! The condo was beautifully decorated - warm and inviting - yet so easy to relax in. It contained everything you could possibly need, plus the little extras that made our vacation even better than I had imagined. We enjoyed the sunny courtyard for our morning coffee and evening barbecues, and the patio located directly on the golf course was perfect for any time of day. And the mountain views were breathtaking! The pool and hot tub were so close and so quiet that it felt like they belonged to us. It was easy to see that you didn't need to be a golfer to enjoy being in this wonderful gated golf community although we did play a round on the beautifully landscaped course, the prettiest course I have ever played with water features everywhere! The location gave us easy access to all the things we wanted to do - College of the Desert Art Fair, El Paseo Drive shops, outlet mall, more golf, and restaurants, restaurants, restaurants! We really enjoyed seeing every possible variety of flower in full bloom on our early morning walks around the gated community. I can't say enough about the welcoming atmosphere of this home-away-from-home; so different from the sterile atmosphere of many vacation rentals. Carol and Rick have really outdone themselves in making this a perfect vacation home in a beautiful area. We only scratched the surface of all the things there are to do and see there - you could definitely make it as peaceful or as busy of a vacation as you want it to be, and we did some of both. I can't wait to go back. My husband says he's going with next time! Thanks Rick and Carol for a wonderful vacation experience.

  • We had a great time in this Palm Valley condo. Carol and Rick were very helpful in making our stay enjoyable. All the amenities of the condo were top notch. We enjoyed the view of the 12th green and the tricle of the waterfall just off the back deck. The pool only a few steps away was gorgeous and the gas grill in the front courtyard off the kitchen was put to good use by cooking the steaks that Rick and Carol had left for us to perfection.
