Accommodations:  Condominium Apartment, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-4)

QUIET bedroom on the inside of the building (bedroom is not on noisy Main St), living room looks over Main St, so you get the best of both worlds.

I am offering $50 Park City Mountain Resort passes with check in availability permitting. As long as I can buy them, I will get them for you.

1 bedroom condo right ON Main Street Park City all with fully stocked kitchen, Elevator, WiFi, A/C, 1 block from Park City Post Office, all located in The Galleria at 580 Main Street. Can't beat the location, just next to The Riverhorse. The good news is that the condo bedrooms are on the back side, so the quieter side of the building.

Don't be 'Within a short walk to Main Street' or 'Only a mile drive to Main Street shops and restaurants'.
Be ON Main Street...BUT the back side of the building (others may not be), so much quieter than the front.... One Bedroom - Main Street, Park City!

1 Bedroom is on the back side of the building looking towards Deer Valley 1/2 mile away. Therefore, the bedroom is MUCH quieter than the Main St. side of the building-a feature you should always require for a good nights sleep! Just ask anyone that has not had this luxury.

The dinner and night life of Park City IS Main Street: Harry O's, The No Name Saloon, The Spur, Ciscero's with all of the the top restaurants in town right outside your door - The Riverhorse, Kampai, Zoom, Chimayo, Grappa, Wahso, Claim Jumper, Wasatch Brew Pub, etc! One and half block from the Post Office. No need for a car, but can help you with parking if needed. 1 block down from the Post Office. Please take a second to view the map.

Amenities include a large living room fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, hot tub down the hall, two TV's with DVD/VCR combos, five disc CD player, and even surround sound! It is DSL high speed internet ready, roof access, and a small balcony off the bedroom. Free cable music and dozens of On-Demand movies, also FREE-watch them when YOU want to. Again, I lived here and never had it in the rental pool.

The Free Transit Center is right outside the door which offers a free bus service to The Canyons, Deer Valley, and anywhere in Park City!

Be spoiled by living/owning on Main Street-there is only 1 Main Street in Park City! So enjoy what many repeat clients sign up for year after year! Have plenty of references upon request.

  • Location, location, location! This condo has everything you need and the location could not have be better. We skied at both Park City (ski in-ski out) as well as Deer Vally (5 minute bus ride-the terminal is right out the back door). Once we got back from the slopes we were able to enjoy all of the shopping, restaurants and nightlife that Main Street has to offer. We rented a car but it was not necessary at all. Mark was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful! I will definitely be back!

  • It was a pleasure dealing with Mark Miller. The condo was perfect for two and could have accommodated a guest on the airbed or sofa. The view was gorgeous--looking out at a full moon over the mountain toward Deer Valley! We rented a car and parked it a couple of blocks away in the free deck, and we were glad we had it (groceries, etc.) but it wasn't necessary for getting around. The transit center was literally steps away, and we were in Deer Valley within a couple of minutes. We rented our skis downstairs at Aloha, and those guys were great. Deer Valley stored our skis overnight, so we just put on our boots each morning and headed out. Thanks to Mark for making our trip easy and terrific!

  • We had a great experience renting a condo from Mark over President's Day weekend. The transaction went smoothly and the condo was exactly as advertised and photographed, clean, convenient and in a perfect location on Main St. We had a late flight back to LA on Tuesday night and Mark was able to accommodate us with a 6pm check-out so that we could ski the full day at Deer Valley and shower up before heading to the airport. We would definitely rent from Mark again on future trips to Park City.

  • This place was really great for those who do not want to rent a car. Located in the middle of Main Street, we could walk to many many resaurants. You can pick up your skis downstairs and walk to the town lift. Also, the bus to Deer Valley is right out the back and across the street. This place was great!
