Our first trip to Paris was enhanced by the location of this apartment. It is within walking distance to most of the "must see" tourist sites in Paris (Eiffel Tower, Trocadaro, Invalides). Very quiet, quaint building and secure. Having 2 baths/toilets was very convenient for our group of 4 adults with plenty of hot water. And the benefit of free long distance to US was great for us to keep in touch with loved ones back in the States. Merci Pascal for helping our trip be such a success!

What a fantastic experience. Why would you pay more for a small hotel room when you can stay in a very nice apartment. Pascals apartment was just perfect, comfortable, clean well appointed. There were 4 of us and having two bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a WC was a great way to go. There is a very nice kitchen and even a washer/dryer which was really helpful. The terrace was a pleasent place to sit at the begining of the day and have fresh fruit and breads. Pascal was a great help sending information about sightseeing, restaurants etc before we left for Europe. Pascal had lots of helpful information at the apartment. Location was amazing, great restaurants nearby, markets and shops the Effiel Tower, the Seine all within walking distance. Can not wait to go back. I highly recommend this apartment.

We just returned from a week in Paris and wanted to take a couple of minutes to give a high recommendation to the place we stayed. From the start the reservation process was smooth and easy. Pascal was helpful and responsive to our inquiries. Once we arrived, someone was there to greet us and provide us with all the information we needed. The place was spotless and with everything we could need, TV, stereo, DVD player, PC with internet, kitchen appliances and so on. The location is ideal, close to Rue Cler and to the several markets and cafes. It is also 5 minute walk to the Eifel Tower and less than that to the metro station. We took one of the "hop on and off" bus tours and the station was less than a 10 minute walk which made it very convinient. We took full advantage of the patio and had a few glasses on wine there while we relaxed from the day's tours. It was nice having both a shower and nice sized bathtub, and we appreciated having nice comfortable beds. All in all it was a great place to stay and enjoy Paris. Thanks Pascal.

The apartment was exactly as pictured, and was clean, comfortable and family ready! The location was fantastic-close to the metro and many wonderful restaurants and shops. It was amazing to walk a few blocks and be at the eiffel tower-definitely an experience at night! We appreciated all the offered ammenities, especially the washer/dryer so we could pack less! Pascal was VERY attentive to any problems we encountered! Loved the private patio-used it every evening to relax after a tour filled day. Overall, we loved staying at this apartment!

The apartment was clean and well-appointed with comfortable beds/linens, a washer and dryer, free internet and free calls within France and to the US. The location was convenient to many restaurants, shops and the Metro. We loved walking 5 minutes to Champs de Mars to watch the Eiffel Tower light up each night. A quiet and safe location with a private patio to enjoy croissants in the morning and fromage and vin in the afternoon. Loved it! Perfect for our family of 5.

We chose this apartment based on the pictures and the location. It turned out to be absolutely fantastic! The owner, Pascal, met us at the apartment when we arrived and provided us with all the information concerning where we needed to go for groceries, the Metro, etc. He has the apartment set up with everything you'll need (i.e. free phone calls to the U.S., a computer with internet access, beautiful large flat screen TV, etc.). The Eiffel Tower and the closest Metro station are only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are small bakeries, coffee shops, and groceries only a block from the apartment. This was a family vacation with two teenagers. The apartment worked out very well as they had their own room with separate twin beds. As we were not familiar with Paris, I asked Pascal to send a van to pick us up at the airport ($105 Euros). It was worth every penny as the apartment is about 45 minutes from the airport - I can't imagine trying to use the Metro to do this when we weren't familiar with the Metro or how to get to the apartment. I used the same service to return to the airport. I can't say enough good things about Pascal. He helped us through the whole reservation process and always quickly responded to all of our emails. He sent us the rental contract via email and we provided him with a downpayment and then later made the final payment. He makes the whole process very simple.

The property was just as stated. It's currently under renovation in the courtyard. The workers were no problem if you awaken by 9:00am. Great location to shop for food, and many reasonable restaurants to choose from. Easy walk in the shade to Eiffel Tower. Also Metro, bus and Water taxis all close by. We recommend the Paris Pass.. It saved us hours of line skipping! Just walk right in to the Louve,St. Chappelle, etc, no waiting. Hop on/off bus fun too.
Owner response:Thanks Carter! The Renovations just ended and we now have a beautiful building facade!

I booked this apartment for four of my family members for the last week in May and it was perfect! My husband, children and I had a different apartment nearby but we all agreed that this was the better apartment because it was on the ground floor and had a nice private patio. It has an excellent location near a metro stop and in between the Champs de Mars park and the wonderful Rue Cler. They appreciated the convenience of the laptop, wifi, and washer/dryer as well. Pascal was excellent to help us make arrangements. It was my sister's third trip to Paris and she enjoyed this location the most! They would definitely stay here again. Merci, Pascal!

We and our family(that's four adults and three children 13,11,9), spent a week in Paris at Pascal's apartment. This was a perfect fit for us because it's close to all the sites and access to easy transport. The Eiffel Tower is only minutes away and the hop on hop off bus has a pickup there. The market at rue Cler has great eating and shopping and it also is only a short walk away.Pascal got us a small bus in from the airport and one leaving for a good price so we were pleased with that. We can only highly recommend the apartment and wish everyone a happy stay in a beautiful city.We hope you all have a wonderful stay as we did.

If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, roomy place to stay in Paris in a top-notch neighborhood, then this is the apartment for you. My wife and I have been to Paris many times, and have rented three other fine apartments from Pascal. On this trip we were bringing my in-laws and needed plenty of space. We were so glad he proposed that we stay in this apartment. The apartment fully equipped, and the laptop/DSL and free telephone helped us keep up with family and necessary work contacts. Within three blocks of the apartment are three supermarkets, two bread/pastry shops, and numerous fine restaurants to suit any budget. Also within three blocks is a postcard view of the Eiffel Tower. Unless you can only afford for Hotel Formule1 for your accommodations, there’s no point staying at a hotel when visiting Paris. Just call/e-mail Pascal and see what he has available.

We stayed at the apartment for a week in November 2008. We are a family of four and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location. The pictures accurately reflect the appearance of the apartment. The owner was very professional and I would not hesitate to rent from him again. We hope to return to this apartment in the future.

The apartment was perfect for our Paris vacation. The location was great, within minutes from the Eiffle tower and surrounding areas. The residential area was quiet and truly a lovely European experience! There is a incredible Italian restaurant on the street directly behind the apartment. Great food, resonable prices, and wonderful atmosphere. It is a must!!! We went there 3 times. The apartment is very clean and had everything we needed. I would definetly visit there again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The location is perfect being so close to Rue Cler, the Eiffel Tower and metro stop. Not to mention the large selection of restaurants and cafes just a few steps away. The residential neighborhood makes you feel like a local and we found everyone very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I can only repeat what others who have stayed here before have said. This apartment could not have a more perfect location. On previous trips to Paris, we stayed in the 1st. Now I would never go back there for lodging. The Champs de Mars location could not be more perfect. The neighborhood feel was great. Wonderful restaurants, shops and Rue Cler were just steps away. The metro stop was close by, too. The litle patio outside the living room was a terrific bonus, as well as two bathrooms. We'd love to return one day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your apartment at Rue du Champs De Mars in mid-July, 2008. Our two boys (aged 11) particularly enjoyed the proximity to the Eiffel Tower and easy access to the Metro. I enjoyed shopping each day on Rue Cler. The courtyard is lovely and how quiet the apartment was... even following the Bastille Day celebrations in Champ de Mars park. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

This apartment was wonderful. Pascal was very helpful during our arrangements and it was everything and more than the pictures promised. The apartment is much more roomy than hotels in which we have previously stayed in Europe. Our 5 person group had extra room in the unit and had a wonderful trip. The walk to the Metro, market and Eiffel Tower were easy and the drivers that Pascal booked for us for the airport return were timely and we wished we had met them earlier becuase of all their knowledge. Perfect all the way around! Thanks for a great trip.

We loved the apartment! It is very comfortable and has all the necessities and more! The terrace is lovely and we enjoyed spending time there. We also appreciated that it is situated on the ground floor especially after walking all day! The apartment is perfectly located! The surrounding area is perfect and convenient to shopping and the metro. We walked to the Eiffel Tower several nights to enjoy the lights and gatherings of family and friends. Pascal is very gracious and professional. I would definitely stay there or at another of Pascal's properties next time we visit Paris.

Six of us stayed in this apartment during the first week in November. The bathrooms/showers worked well and it was great to have the computer for e-mail and the phone for calls to the U.S. We liked being on the ground floor and would not hesitate to stay in this apartment if we travel to Paris again.

My family of 3 just stayed for a week in this lovely apartment in the Eiffel Tower/Rue Clair area of Paris. Pascal was very pleasant to deal with. He supplied a laptop as well as use of a phone with free calls to the U.S. which really made for a stress free visit. I would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks again to Pascal- Sincerely, Anita Gross

Myhusband and I stayed at this lovely Paris apartment with another couple for a week in late May/early June. The location was fantastic, and we couldn't believe how much we really felt like "real Parisians" while we were stating there! Everything is at your fingertips that you could ever need, yet the apartment itself was extremely quiet and tucked away on side street with a beautiful terrace for outdoor enjoyment, which is rare in Paris. Being so close to Rue Cler and many top tourist attractions along with the proximity to a metro stop were both definite advantages. The accomodations were extremely comfortable, with two very nice bathrooms and a nice little kitchen, just in case you feel like staying in for a meal. Another nice feature which Pascal offers his guests is unlimited FREE phone calls to the U.S., and use of a laptop with high speed DSL. Not having to look for internet cafes and public phones to make calls to home really made our visit more enjoyable and less stressful. When we return to Paris, we will definitely try to stay in this apartment again. Thanks, Pascal!

4/6/06 The apartment is enchanting! Even in the rainy weather it was clean and bright. The courtyards on both sides of the apartment are charming. It has a quiet and "local" feel. We truly felt like we had a "Parisian" experience and loved the location. So close to rue Cler and wonderful market shopping and cafes. Thanks, Pascal.

You MUST see this place to believe it. Its elegant, spacious and the outdoor terrace made me want to have morning coffee outside...but it was snowing. The bedrooms are very quiet facing an inner courtyard with great beds. This apartment would be very do-able for 6 guests as the living space and studio couch is also nice. A great kitchen for us ammateur chefs but just a few minutes to walk to several superb restaurants. Shopping here is great and the metro very convienent. Pascal is a great businessman and highly professional who puts my English skills to shame. He treats us all like his personal guests and what he doesn't know about Paris, isn't important. Actually I have rented several apartments from Rental France and never been disappointed.

My family stayed here in July and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect, very close to the Eiffel Tower and easy walking distance to stores and restaurants. The apartment itself has been very well done with very comfortable beds (not always easy to find in Europe!) and lots of conveniences and nice touches - such as the great bathrooms, a/c, dishwasher, washer and patio. My family, 2 adults and 2 children ages 4 and 11 yrs, stayed at this apartment, 24 rue du Champs de Mars, from 1 - 8 July 2005. As a previous internet booking made with Hotels com for a hotel in New York was an unpleasant experience, I was a little apprehensive using the internet for bookings in Paris. However I must mention that all my email msgs to Pascal were replied to promptly and provided me with all the information I needed, prior to arriving at the apartment. The apartment is exactly as descibed on the web advert. It met and exceeded our expectations. Security was excellent, location great with rue Cler and the Eiffel Tower on your doorstep; also close proximity to the Metro. As a newly renovated apartment it is in great condition with all mod cons you will need; Pascal provides a laptop with internet access so staying in touch with family, friends and business interests back home is at hand via email. The apartment made a significant contribution to our most enjoyable vacation to Paris. Regards Nisch Pather Durban, South Africa
