Our Kihei Garden Oasis is a 4 bedroom single story home with a private fenced yard located in the heart of South Kihei near the famous Kamaole white sand beaches. It’s a short walk to all the amenities including Kalama Beach Park, many restaurants, bars, shops, and open air markets in the area.
Be one of the first guests to stay in this new vacation rental. The house includes island style furniture with all new beds, bedding, and a full kitchen that will delight a chef. NEW pictures coming soon! New hot tub coming soon!
Something for everybody with this great location! Walking distance to just about everything: the Farmers Market, Foodland grocery store, and fantastic restaurants. Take the family to Kalama Beach Park to play tennis, hang out at the playground, enjoy a game of volleyball or basketball, go to the Skate Park, or rollerblade at the lighted outdoor skating rink.
Stroll in cute little shops while trying some local shave ice. You will love Maui's most unique shopping and dining experience at Kihei Kalama Village with 14 great places to eat and over 40 vendors and boutiques. At the south side of Kalama Beach you will find Cove Park where you can take surfing lessons or try stand up paddle boarding. Walk beyond Cove Park and you find Charlie Young beach which is part of the famous Kamaole beaches.
In the morning, walk 10 minutes to the Lava Java Coffee Roasters and enjoy your coffee at the beach. During the early evening, you can relish sushi during Happy Hour at Sansei within a few minutes of the house.
For the grill master, what would endless summer be without an outdoor gas grill? Enjoy Hawaiian tropical breezes while you grill, dine, or lounge in the garden patio.
When you are ready to come inside, relax to sea breezes, ceiling fans, or air-conditioning.

About the owner: We would like to welcome you to our Garden Oasis in Kihei. We purchased this property in 2013 because we always enjoy the aloha spirit of the islands and love to go paddle boarding, snorkeling, and scuba diving. My husband plays guitar and ukulele and loves all of the music that is so prevalent in Hawaii. I spent some of my happiest years as a child living in Hawaii and my husband and I both feel connected to the island. We currently live in Seattle, and like you, plan our vacation getaways to Maui with our family and friends. We welcome you, your family and friends into our vacation paradise.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
We chose this house because we really like the community in Kihei. We loved the family feel of the town, the parks, the beaches and it just felt like home. We really wanted a place where we could garden and also walk to restaurants and the beach. We love the neighborhood being so close to everything you could ever need within walking distance including some of our favorite restaurants on the island. We wanted a large enough place where we could spend time with extended family and friends. Reducing our footprint on the environment is important to us, and we love the green energy of this home. We are outfitting this home exactly how we want it for us. We are furnishing it with the top of the line in all areas, and while it will cost us more than the average vacation home, we think it will make this property very unique and something we can be proud of to share with others and be enjoyed for years to come.
