This 3 bedroom villa has recently been refurbished as of December, 2007 and ranks as one of the the most beautiful villas in the complex. This fully furnished villa overlooks the 18th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones golf course and is a short five minute walk to the beach. Villa is also a short walk to the Palmetto Dunes tennis resort, Robert Trent Jones Golfcourse Clubhouse, the plantation's general store and the Marriott Beach Resort.
This smoke-free villa comes complete with everything to make your vacation enjoyable with the comforts of home. The living room and master bedroom are both located on the first floor and open up to a deck which overlooks the golf course and includes a table, chairs and grill for outside dining in the evening.
The master bedroom includes a king size bed and private bathroom. The living room includes a new sofa with pullout bed, new love seat and swivel chair, and a second bathroom. The upstairs includes a two bedrooms, each with two double beds, private bath, and a balcony overlooking the golf course. The upstairs loft includes a sofa bed.
This setup allows for up to fourteen people to sleep comfortably. The kitchen has recently been refurbished and is fully equipped with all of the comforts of home.
Hilton Head Island is famous for its beautiful beaches and warm ocean water. However, while at Palmetto Dunes, there is plenty more to enjoy. The plantation itself has four championship golfcourses as well as 25 championship tennis courts of which many are lighted for night play.
The plantation includes miles of biking trails, miles of lagoons for rowing and many restaurants. Shelter Cove harbour is one mile away and includes shops, restaurants and fireworks in the summer.
