This gorgeous three story townhome is across the street from the beach. St. Simons Island has a relaxed atmosphere. The island features a plethora of historic sites, exquisite shopping and dining locations. Everything you need is within biking or walking distance.
On the first level, you will find an ample gathering room with tile floors, a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, powder room, and a closet overflowing with beach towels,chairs, and toys. A door leads directly to the beach access and an outside shower.
The second level features a master bedroom with a king size bed and a full bath. It also has a second bedroom with two twin beds and another full bath. The third level has a bedroom with a king size bed and a half bath. There are two balconies, one for viewing the ocean and the other for shade. There is also wireless internet access.

I love this place! The townhouse had everything we needed and more! The townhouse was very clean and nicely decorated!! It is very accessible to everything dining, ocean, shopping, and more! We even visited the public pool one day just to change it up for the kids! The pool was very clean and nice with a wonderful view!! We even visited Savannah one day! This was one of the best vacation we have had and we will be back!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Love St Simons. Wonderful location. Arrived Friday night late, Toilet was running and making a REALLY loud whislting noise. Could be heard OUTSIDE. Couldn't get it to stop. Called owner Saturday morning, and again that afternoon, then 2 times on Sunday. Got a call back on Monday that repairman would be there between 5-6 that Evening to fix it. Too bad we were leaving the next morning. Was awful to have to endure on our vacation. Also disappointed to come in and find wet towels in washer & dryer and Other peoples leftover food in the fridge. Will be back to St Simons, but NOT to this condoDid you find this review helpful? I was a little nervous about renting directly from owner, but this was a very pleasant experience. The owner was very responsive to our needs. It felt like using a friends home. The decor is very relaxed & homey with family pictures throughout. Beach chairs and equipment were generously shared as well as games & a multitude of bugs. We especially enjoyed the seabreeze and full moon from the upstairs balcony.The location of this townhouse is ideal. Close walk to the beach. Have to plan around tide but even at high tide there is a beach area above the jetties. Great vacation experience!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
