Quandary Village AKA Northstar Village," Enjoy our 3200 square foot, mountain home located just 8.6 miles from downtown Breckenridge, and the base of Peak 8 and Children's Ski School.
Our home has three floors. The third floor offers a master suite with a walking closet, king bed and its own private bathroom.
It's loft overlooks the Great Room and has a large queen sofa bed.
On the second floor (Main floor) you will find the second master bedroom with a walking closet, king bed, Flat Panel HDTV and its own private bathroom. It also has a half bathroom, the laundry room with a new, large washer and dryer, a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, the dining room, bar and living room, all with great views of the surrounding mountains.
The bottom floor has a full bathroom, a 25' x 15' game room has a pool table, an air hockey table, a Playstation 2, a flat panel HDTV with Satellite, a beautiful leather sofa, and one game table with four chairs. This floor also has two additional bedrooms. The “kids Room” has a twin bunk bed. Note: This room was build without a door for added security. The fourth bedroom has a walking closet and a queen bed.
The open Great Room has a TV, gas fireplace, bar, and dining room which seats eight and are surrounded by mountain views and a wrap-around deck.
Our smoke-free home also has an oversize attached two car garage.
Asked us if our other property is available in Quandary Village if this one is booked. Our other house is just across the street! Discounts are available if you rent both for the same time frame.
