Just 15 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Universal Studios and 20 minutes from Sea World, lies the peaceful oasis of Cumbrian Lakes, a gated community set around four lakes and surrounded by its own conservation woodland area.
My well-equipped, spacious home here, with its private pool and spa, forms the perfect base from which to enjoy all that central Florida has to offer, whilst providing a peaceful retreat in which to recharge the batteries after all the excitement.
The restaurants and shops of the 192 are five minutes away, with a great selection of championship golf courses and shopping malls within 30 minutes drive. A little further afield are places such as the Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens.

Great Holiday in a Great Villa

The villa was perfect for our holiday - my husband, son and his girlfriend. We had a fantastic holiday and the villa was central to it. The villa was spotless when we arrived - even the towels and paper towels were folded into fans. It was very spacious, a necessity with two 17 year olds who didn't want to be around us all the time - and vice versa. The air conditioning was quiet - unlike a previous experience in Florida - and key as the temperatures were over 100F. The pool and Jacuzzi were enjoyed by us all - parents early morning, teenagers late evenings. The master suite was fabulous - the photos truly don't do it justice. We really enjoyed the walk-in wardrobes, double sinks, huge shower and corner bath. We felt completely safe in the gated community. And the location was very convenient for Parks, supermarkets and had lots of eating places close by. We hope that it is still available for our next visit!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

The photos really don’t do the villa justice, it’s very spacious with excellent facilities the pool and Jacuzzi are secluded and are an ideal way to chill out after a day in the parks. The rooms were fantastic, the main bedroom and en suite was outstanding and with three other bedrooms it was ideal for a family holiday everyone had their own space if they needed it.The property was easy to find and in a pleasant gated community, despite what people had told me about drive times quoted in adverts this one really was 15 minutes easy drive to Disney and 20 minutes from the other major parks. With a diner 5 minutes down the road one way and a Wal-Mart the other everything you need is close at hand.Without doubt I would recommend the Villa and I’m sure we will be back in the future

The Villa was superb. It was very spacious with excellent facilities and equipment. The pool/jacuzzi was a big hit with our family and our children really enjoyed being able to take a dip whenever they could. The Villa was very easy to find (5 minutes off the 192). It was ideally placed for all the major theme parks. We had a fantastic time and the Villa really enhanced our holiday. Definitely recommended.

The quality of the villa was superb, it is very spacious with all the amenities you could wish for. Some highlights for us were; the large shower and bath in the main bathroom which were fantastic, the luxurious carpets throughout and the excellent pool. We had an excellent time appart from a bit of inconvenience caused by hurricane Charley but what can you do about that.
