From this home you can walk, ride bikes, drive, or call the shuttle to get to the beach, golf courses, tennis courts, restaurants, or shopping areas in Palmetto Dunes. Our rates are firm and listed below for this charming, comfortable home situated on a picturesque lake in the Palmetto Dunes Plantation, which is just an 8 minute walk to the ocean. The kitchen is fully furnished for making your meals at home. We have a crock pot, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, blender, lots of cookware and dinnerware. The living room is connected to the family room by a unique decorative fireplace and is furnished with a sleeper sofa, love seat, two chairs and a table for playing board games, in addition to a TV, VCR, and DVD player.
This home is very CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, AND COZY. The family room has a love seat, easy chair with ottoman and access to the wonderful screened porch (see picture).
The SCREENED PORCH includes a wicker table with four chairs and two redwood chairs and a lounge chair to relax on after a great day at the beach or golf and tennis. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast table for four. The dining room has seating for eight and includes a high chair and booster seat. There is a half bath located across the foyer from the wet bar.
The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and pool view. The private bath has a double shower. The second king bedroom has a TV and bathroom with a tub shower combination (shares with queen bedroom). The queen bedroom has a TV and VCR. ALL BEDS HAVE GOOD QUALITY MATTRESSES AND LINENS. The pictures that we have listed are accurate and current.

My family stayed and had a great time! The house was plenty big for my family of 6 and my in-laws. My 4 kids loved the pool (almost more than the beach). We will definitely be back!

Just returned from a great week at this location in Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head. We very much enjoyed the house, especially our PRIVATE pool and the neighborhood was great. Very quiet. We biked to beach every day which was great. A little bit further away from the activities at Coligny but just had to drive to enjoy this shopping and restaurant area. Some updates needed but overall the house was in very good condition. Owner was great to work with, no complaints!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had a wonderful vacation at this house. It was clean, spacious, and cozy. The beds were all nice, as were the linens and pillows. The pool was well maintained and very relaxing. The owners made their bikes, pool toys, and beach toys available as well. The owner was always available and easy to work with. You can't go wrong with this one.

Had a wonderful time at this house! House is comfortable, spacious, and very well-equipped. Beds are high quality. Pool is very nice and private. Owner was very accomodating and easy to deal with. Will definitely consider property for future stays in Hilton Head.
