Very high vaulted ceilings thruout most rooms.Spacious master bedroom suite with a wonderful master bathroom that includes a big jaccuzzi tub.Beautiful screened in patio/deck with outdoor heated swimming pool with waterfall.Very nice covered patio area with nice patio furniture around pool - keeps you out of the sun if you prefer, but close to the pool, just in case you want to take a quick swim.Outdoor grill for cooking by the pool area.2 large wraparound boat docks directly behind the house with 2 boat lifts & a sitting/sun area on the dock.Good fishing right off of our dock !! You can rent our Bayliner boat(additional fee) & be out on the river in less than 2 minutes, & in the Gulf of Mexico shortly thereafter !!We highly recommend complementing your stay with our boat rental option.We can also arrange boating lessons with a licensed boat captain for a small additional fee. This home has a huge, updated gourmet kitchen & a spacious family room.We have included a library of assorted books & board games should you just want to do some reading or "hang out" in the relaxing family area.All paint is new indoors & outdoors.All carpets are new.The yard is manicured and professionally landscaped.The house even has citrus fruit trees that you can pick fresh fruit from daily(in season) !!

  • WOW!!! What a beautiful home. The house and gardens were well kept, spacious and well equiped. Location was wonderful and with the use of the boat it meant we could venture out via water as well as road to explore the area.   • Just got back from a week at this wonderful property. This was without a doubt one of the best vacations we've experienced. Anything and everything we needed was right there on the premises. Jeff and Pal made everything very easy and were always available for any questions or help. Enjoyed the beautiful home immensely and the boat provided great entertainment. My husband fished from the dock daily and loved starting and ending his day on that dock! We are ready to return ASAP. Thanks Jeff and Pal for a great vacation to remember.

  • Thanks for a great vacation! The house is beautiful and much bigger than the pictures show. The boat was a hoot & turned our stay from a normal vacation into a real memory. The dolphin sightings alone made it. The fish we caught off the dock were true fighters & beachcombing on Sanibel was a blast. Bob, Leda & Laura Vogl Rockford, IL PS Tip for everyone that uses the boat. Found a really great place to fuel up, the Sanibel Mariana between the lighthouse & the bridge. Their gas prices are very fair and the restaurant next door has an outstanding grouper sandwich!

  • We have just returned from a two week stay in this beautiful house and our children ask to go back every day. We wish we could oblige because we had a fantastic time. Do not hesitate to book this villa, you will not be disappointed. The house has everything you could need, the swimming pool is breathtaking and the location stunning. The boat was an added bonus. Jeff, the owner, is what my husband would call a 'top bloke'. He was in contact with us through out the booking process and was there for us when Hurricane Wilma was threatening to ruin our holiday. Many thanks to you Jeff. We had a wonderful holiday and would not hesitate to book this villa in the future.
