RELAX! This resort experience allows you to unwind, fall in love all over again, and enjoy your time without waiting in lines or feeling like you are in rushed traffic and crowds. Whether sunning on your private balcony checking your emails with the free WIFI (with table and chairs and recliner) or enjoying the 85-degree, Olympic-size pool (never full) and Jacuzzi overlooking the water, outdoor dining area with free gas grills, plus a private beach with chairs and umbrellas (always available) where you can relax in the sun, socialize, or play with water toys. You do not have to GO anywhere to truly relax - it is all right here. Yes, you can have your own boat or jet ski here, anchor it by the beach, and will be able to watch it from this unit.
Your beach front restaurant (Flippers) is available 500 feet from your door and many others are nearby. Should you want to mix with the 'Times Square' crowd or tourist beach crowd, you can drive or a quick 50-cent trolley will take you there quickly, stops everywhere, and saves parking fees in some of the busier areas during peak tourist periods. The trolley stops on the street in front of the complex to take you directly to Fort Myers or Bonita Springs cities, beaches, restaurants, and shopping.
All units are NOT EQUAL! This has the absolute best unobstructed views from Lover's Key, offers the best privacy, and was remodeled in 2008 with new furniture in 2012 and includes extensive artwork from Peter Max and others. The entire building has been totally upgraded and is 100% owner-managed with lots of friendly people. Note: There are coolers, fishing equipment, rafts, kites, games, and toys to keep everyone busy. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony with the door closed. NO pets, sorry. This unit has a floor-to-ceiling wood-folding curtain which allows separating the sleeping areas at night, for additional privacy, in case you have others using the queen-size hide-a-bed.

We've just had a wonderful vacation in Jon's condo. The views are everything he described and more and we loved the decor and the very comfortable bed. We spent many happy hours walking along the beach or in Lovers Key State Park itself where you could hire bikes and kayaks. We enjoyed a round of golf and all the restaurants we visited were good... We can find nothing negative to say - and no we're not Jon's relatives!!! In fact we found the condo just by choosing it from several on VRBO.

While I am hesitant to share my comments on '602', I feel compelled to let you know what a piece of 'heaven' it truly is. Besides lacking nothing in the unit itself, for your viewing pleasure it comes equipped with gorgeous sunsets and dolphins at play. My only hope is that as word gets out about 'paradise' that there will be time available for us to return.

My boyfriend and I wanted a little getaway from the East Coast chaos and discovered this place on VRBO. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. The condo has great views with tons of boaters, jet skiers and dolphins to watch. The beaches nearby are uncrowded and very close to the condo. The condo has a full kitchen and the King size bed is VERY comfortable!! Everything you need for a romantic getaway for two!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

This property is as descibed and more! The views of the ocean and the dolphins are amazing! What is unique is that it is away from the crowds and touristy activity yet close to get to if you want some action. Wonderful state park right next door! The trolley picks up just outside of the condo area and takes you everywhere you would want to go! My experience with Jon's attention to detail and follow was impressive. I hope to return again for another stay, it will not be soon enough! Usually I am ready to be home after a week away however, I was truley sad to leave and would have extended my stay if I could have!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Jon, Thank you SO much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place :). The view is breathtaking and the sightings of dolphins and manatees was amazing everyday! This was the PERFECT Honeymoon spot for us---it was WAY more beautiful than we expected. This condo was like Jon described it "AWESOME" my wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The view is soooooooo relaxing and beautiful. Pool hot tub came in handy too! I hope to return soon. Jon is very helpful with anything to make your stay a good one. Thanks for the memories, wonderful place and location.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

Tom & I just got home from a beautiful week in your unit. It is absolutely breathtaking as one walks around the point in Lovers Key Park, as well as all the ocean life we were able to see. Even the manatee showed their huge bodies, as well as the dolphins, but my favorite has to be the eagles. We truly love the area & look forward to staying in your unit again if you will allow. Hi Jon...Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us. This is really the most lovely location..The view is unmatchable..Although we enjoyed our trips to Sanibel and visiting Ft Myers and Bonita Springs returning to OUR CONDO at 602 was what we enjoyed the most..I think Steve would have been happy to sit on the balcony all day long and watch the dolphin and manatee swim by..It was also fun to watch the fishing and we enjoyed the beach..The pool was wonderful especially with the new heating system..and of course the jacuzzi for these frozen old New England bones..Also I must add the bed was like sleeping on a cloud..It was a terrific vacation ..We have our pictures and memories to get us through next winter..We are looking forward to returning again...Thanks, Sandra and Steve Quincy, MADid you find this review helpful? We rented Lovers Key #602 a week in January, 2009 and LOVED it. The view is worth a million dollars. Sitting on the balcony eating breakfast and watching the dolphins swimming was spectacular!!!
