WELCOME TO PARADISE! Sea Oaks is an unspoiled barrier island oceanfront gated community, nestled between the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Indian River and inter-coastal waterway to the west. Lush tropical landscaping and century old Sea Oak trees are a hallmark of this community.

Sea Oaks is a five star private beach and tennis community located on the barrier island of Orchid Island in Vero Beach. There are 16 Har-Tru tennis courts, a private beach club with lunch and dinner service available. Activities at the beach club include a BBQ on Wednesday evening and Happy Hour on Friday evenings where residents and guests gather to socialize and make new friends. Wednesday afternoon there is a pro exhibiton tennis match for your viewing pleasure. Tennis clinics are offered for all levels of play. There are walking paths throughout the community as well as a marina for fishing or to view an incredible sunset over the Indian River. Numerous social activities are ongoing during the season. Each neighborhood has their own private pool and hot tub. A brand new 2 million dollar fitness center and community center opened in 2009.
All renters are required to join Sea Oaks as a temporary member for a fee of $107. per week plus a $50.00 application fee. This entitles all renters unlimited use of all the facilities at no extra charge. Food and beverages are billed separately. Florida Taxes of 11% and a departure cleaning are additional charges apply.
This home is beautifully decorated in a "Tommy Bahama" style and fully equipped with all the amenities for a discriminating vacationer.
The floor plan consists of a living room, dining room, master bedroom and bath with a walk in closet, kitchen, laundry room, powder room and a private courtyard on the first floor. The second floor has a den, two bedrooms and another full bath. Bedrooms consist of King in the master, Queen in bedroom 2 and set of twins in bedroom 3. In the upstairs family area, there is a full size futon also.There is also a 2 car garage.
There are 3 television sets, Bose sound system and hi speed wireless internet service.
Sandridge Golf Club (36 holes) is a 5 minute drive away and open to the public.
Vero Beach has numerous five star dining options available as well as casual restaurants also. There are upscale boutiques on the island for serious shoppers as well as many cultural activities including the Vero Beach Art Museum, Riverside Theater and McKee Botanical Garden to name a few.

Why the Owner Chose Sea Oaks
From the very first time we visited Vero Beach we knew we had found something very special. The island appealed to us because of it's friendliness,
charm of a small barrier island, no traffic congestion "in season", wonderful restaurants, small boutiques, cultural choices and the beautiful Indian River. We felt as if we had stumbled upon the best kept secret in Florida.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our family is very tennis oriented and Sea Oaks offered everything we were looking for in a vacation getaway. They have a very active tennis program for all levels of skill. There are also wonderful social events offered on a regular basis.

In 2002, my husband and I visited Vero Beach for the first time. It was love at first sight. We had been looking for a second home at the beach for 5 years. The Outer Banks was our first choice but when you are living most of the year in Northeast Ohio, you first choice is somewhere warm in the winter. We spent the previous four years looking at different ares of Florida but had not found our paradise. Spring break 2003 we spent a week on the barrier island to look around. Before the week was over, we were under contract to build our beach getaway. The home was completed in 2005.
Every time we arrive in Vero Beach, we comment the best sight in the world is the view as we drive over the Wabasso bridge onto Orchid Island. Consequently, the saddest view for us is the day we depart and drive over the bridge onto the main land knowing we will not be returning for awhile.

What a beautiful place to stay! Everything you need to relax and enjoy! My family and I loved the short walk to the beach, the pool is steps away form the rental. Morning walks and late evening strolls rounded out the day! Sea Oak has such a wonderful "tropical feeling", with much to see and do. I highly recommend this rental property, the owners are great. They thought of every detail to make our stay the best it could!

Our family spent the week of Christmas at Sea Oaks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and a perfect place to gather our family for Christmas with ample room inside the house and a private patio area to enjoy the weather. The owner was very gracious and helpful with any of our questions. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

Top Spin Villa is a spectacular gem of a spot that you just won't find on any island. The amenities, furnishings and decor are elegant island casual with no detail left out to make your stay perfect. You will find the layout charming, yet functional, uniquely suited for any family or social occasion. As for fun outside the cottage, walk no more than a few steps to tournament-class tennis facilities, swimming pools nestled among the live oaks and a clubhouse with casual as well as elegant dining overlooking the seaside main pool. A few steps further and your toes are in pure white sugar-soft sand with a surf that rivals any. Grill and cocktail on the quaint patio or take a short drive to any number of very nice restaurants that serve up excellent fresh local delicacies. Oh, there are a few gourmet sandwich shops, a coffee bistro and of course our favorite, an ice cream shop that you will want to indulge in more than once. If those in your party want golf- 36 holes close by, deep sea fishing-- some of the best in the world, browse boutiques for a little something special-- it's all right there... and all irresistible. The only thing we ask is that you don't tell too many people about this special spot, because we want to keep it all to ourselves! ;) Also, Janet and Bill (if you ever meet) are most accommodating and hospitable.

This was a great place to stay. It was centrally located for tennis, pool, an easy walk to the beach, & an easy walk to the Jungle trail. The villa is well maintained & the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of utensils and dishes. The pantry is good size. The villa is beautifully decorated, was very clean, and had plenty of extra linens, beach towels, pantry & closet space. The tennis facility was very helpful in put us in touch with tennis players of our ability. The owner had a 3 ring binder with information on places to eat(including menus & some local reviews), things to see, & other helpful tips for the area which came in very handy. We had a great time here.
