This prime beach front resort. already a three star AAA accommodation. has been awarded a FOUR STAR designation by TripAdvisor along with a 2010 certification of excellence as a result of their guests' experience with us. It is clearly where you want to be on Florida's Sun Coast. Out the door, across the street, and onto one of the world's most famous beaches. Pure, white, sugar sand as far as you can see.
Pelican Pointe Resort at 445 S. Gulfview Blvd. enjoys a prime location right on "the strip" in the heart of Clearwater Beach and the center of all beach activity. We are THE accommodation at THE entrance of THE multi-million dollar "Beachwalk". This privatly owned condominium has an extensively remodeled exterior and a completely redecorated interior (October 2010).. Your suite consists of two double-size beds and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen/dinette comes with a mini-refrigerator, a microwave, and dining service for four.
This resort is not your typical commercial lodging. Here you are treated to the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. You share the obvious pride of ownership shown in each individually owned unit coupled with the convenient services of a fine hotel. Daily maid service illiminates any drudgery and ensures a truly restful vacation for everyone. And yet, you are not required to commit to a long-term rental.
Clearwater Beach is a resort community located on a barrier island noted for a multitude of resort amenities and a host to all of the activities one would expect to make a vacation memorable We have every water sport imaginable, excellent restaurants, cafes, pubs, golf courses, museums, amusement parks, shopping, and cruises of every description (including gambling); all within arms reach. Its care free environment, however, is not overshadowed by the abundance of more sophisticated cultural attractions in the immediate area. Pelican Pointe is in the top 20% of rentals in the Tampa/Clearwater area and Clearwater Beach is ranked "THE BEST BEACH" on the gulf coast. It frequently ranks amoung the best beaches ANYWHERE in the world!!
The views in this listing are of suite #227. It is unique in its decor and furnishings and is highly sought after. Come and relax with snacks and your favorite beverage on the ONLY semi-private verandah in the complex with its OWN umbrella table, chairs, and lounges while overlooking the heated pool and enjoying your view of the Gulf of Mexico. What could be nicer! We are children friendly but require you to leave your pets at home.
Please be aware that there are three classes of accommodations at this location. When comparing rates, be certain you know the type of accommodation you are being quoted. This unit is #227 and one of the largest GULF VIEW SUITES and sleeps six. Most listings at this resort are for small efficiencies or studios with only a limited pool view, minimal sleeping capability and no patio/verandah.
