Exquisite penthouse condominium with a seven-mile view down the Lake of the Ozarks. This condominium does not allow pets or smoking but, is fully furnished with three bedroom and two full baths. There is a large screened-in porch overlooking the lake to have morning breakfast and coffee or an evening dinner while watching the beautiful sunset.

Beautifully decorated living room with entertainment center that includes a 32-inch TV, DVD, VCR, surround sound stereo, and a CD player. The full kitchen includes all your cooking needs with stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher.

A master bedroom with sliding door access to the deck, his-and-her sinks separate from the full bath, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and also has an adjoining bathroom that has access from the hallway or inside the bedroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds with a hideaway trundle bed to sleep a third person comfortably. A full-size washer and dryer are there for your use.
This condominium complex was built to satisfy all with nearby highway access and minutes to golf, the famous Osage Factory Outlet Mall with movie theater, and hundreds of restaurants to choose from by boat or car. Harbour Towne has two heated swimming pools both convenient to this condominium. The larger pool is located on the water with close access to the docks and to watch the lake activities. Bring your tennis racket and balls to enjoy our newly resurfaced tennis court. If bringing kids along we have a child's playground to enjoy as well.

Kids and adults may also enjoy go-carts, miniature golf, Big Surf Water Park, Miner Mike's video arcade, and renting a boat or waverunner from a nearby marina. You will be sure to have a memorable vacation stay at this Harbour Towne condominium.

7th night is FREE.
Off Season Rate .. $125/night (two-night minimum)
Full Balance must be paid within 21 days of stay for release of keys.
One Night of Deposit must be received within seven days of reservation to
hold dates.  Cleaning Charge of $65 per visit.
Deposit to be mailed back after Condo Cleaning & Property Check has been done.
