Our waterfront home is located in historic Annapolis two blocks from City Dock and across the street from the Annapolis Yacht Club. There is a view from every room of the harbor and/or Spa Creek, a big beautifully landscaped back yard and eating area. Completely renovated, the house has a cook's dream of a kitchen, a separate dining room with seating for ten or more, a living room and harbor/family room.
The harbor room has a stereo system, TV/VCR/DVD, and cable. There is a large collection of books and magazines, video and record library. With a view of Spa Creek, the living room is comfortable but elegant.
The location is a few minutes' walk from Main Street, with shops, restaurants, a garden theater (summer only), the Naval Academy and other attractions.
