Our special "Off Season" program works like this. You can stay any three nights for $600. Arrive and leave anytime of the day. For instance, come on Thursday and stay until Sunday or come on Friday and leave on Monday. The cleaning fee is included. Our site number is MH-19B. Our house is a beautiful 3 year old, raised two story house located on a lake with an ocean view from large porches on both floors. The underneath area offers covered parking for three cars and decking to the bulkheaded lake. Fishing from this area is permitted. The house has two master suites with garden tubs and separate shower, one on each floor.
The additional two bedrooms share one bath. All bedrooms have a private TV with full cable services. The kitchen is fully equipped and a gas grill is provided for outside cooking. No smoking inside, however smoking is permitted on the porches. Linens and towels are not provided. You will need linens for 1 king, 2 queen and 2 twin beds.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Our new off season program (October - April) works as follows.
Since most rentals are for weekends in the off season, we are
offering the use of our house three days, Thurs-Sun or Fri - Mon
for the fee of $600 includes cleaning fee. Some people want to come
early and some like to leave later. In this case, you can choose
to do either or both. Get off work, drive to the beach and wake up
here rather than spending half your first day driving, or stay a
little longer, without worrying about a check out time.

Ocean Lakes is a great place to vacation with all the amenities available, and it's oceanside location. We can walk to the beach and to the recreation center from our house. Our hous is located on a lake with an ocean view. Myrtle Beach is THE vacation destination for thousands of people especially those living in the Southeast United States. We love our second home and invite you to love it also.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Many of the houses in Ocean Lakes are built very close to each other. Our house offers more privacy than most because it is built on a lake with no houses built to the right and left, visible from the oceanside porch. Our house offers more parking than most houses, up to five cars. We are approximately 100 yards from the beach and even closer to the recreation center, which has an indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, video games and refreshment bar.

We are pleased to offer our beach house to choice guests for use during their beach vacation. The house is new and was built with you in mind. It is fully furnished and functional for weekly or weekend usage. The house is built on a tidal canal which leads into Magnolia Lake. The lake is stocked with fish and fishing is encouraged. There is a great ocean view from the large porches on both levels and a large deck with a seawall on the canal. The beach is approximately 100 yards away, easily within walking distance. We designed the house with two master suites and two more bedrooms for additional guests. Both master bedrooms have an oversized bathroom with large soaking tub and separate shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room and all bedrooms have a TV with cable.
