Luxurious oceanfront condominium with private oceanfront and private bayfront balconies! Only a limited number of units in the Sea Watch have the private bayfront balcony! Sun on one balcony and shade on the other! Unit has two bedrooms plus a sleep-in den that can be used for relaxing and/or sleeping. Full size kitchen with up-graded appliances, and full size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom and living room open to the oceanfront balcony. Breathtaking views of both the bay and the ocean. You can watch this sunrise over the ocean and this sunset over the bay everyday from our balconies!

This building has everything on-site to ensure that your family has an action packed vacation without ever having to leave the complex. The Sea Watch has both indoor and outdoor pools, basketball court, three tennis courts, volleyball, sauna, exercise room, large game room with pool and ping pong tables, and tots playground.

On-site pizza, coffee, ice cream, and convenience store and gift shops. Building has six elevators and a guarded parking garage with separate elevator. Once you stay here, you will not want to stay anywhere else.

Sleeping arrangements are as follows: The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin. The den has a day bed (two twins) and there is a queen size sleep sofa in the living room.

Building security is top notch, allowing your children the freedom to roam the complex with peace of mind for you.

The Sea Watch is located at 115th street and Ocean Highway. Our unit is #810 which is located on the 8th floor. This smoke-free unit was recently refurnished and the kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled.

  • This was our first stay at the Sea Watch and we were very impressed with Steve and Debbie's unit. We LOVED that there was plenty of room for storage as we are usually living out of our suitcases, but we were able to put EVERYTHING away! We love that! Also, the unit was clean and updated and very nice. We have been travelling to OC every summer for the past 18 years and this is one of the nicest units so far. The dual balconies were great too! We loved that we didn't need our car much, store across the street, food on premises...it was great. I would definitely recommend this unit and we will be renting again. Thanks!!

  • I would like to first start off by saying that when I contacted Steve to tell him my cousin would be staying next door and I wanted some extra tags for them to use the wonderful amenities Sea Watch offered, He met me with little notice to hand deliver them to me. His unit was gorgeous and had really everything you would need minus your own sheets to have a terrific vacation. Our kids LOVED the indoor pool and you could not beat the convenience of a food shop on the premises. Thank you so much Steve,It is highly likely we might be renting again from you next year.

  • This was our fourth season renting from Steve and Debbie, and our ninth season at the Sea Watch. We love the condo and all of the offerings at the Sea Watch. The condo is very clean and well-appointed with all of the things you need for a nice beach vacation. The Sea Watch is safe and secure, with 24 hour security. We will definitely be back next year.

  • We can't say enough nice things about this condo or the owners. The views of the ocean and bay are simply beautiful. We chose this condo for our family vacation and preparing for our daughter's beach wedding. The lovely courtyard provided additional photo opportunities and everyone at the Sea Watch was courteous and helpful. The condo is clean, updated, spacious and very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and super easy to work with. This was a lovely experience from start to finish!!

  • I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Unit 810. My stay was in October - so the indoor pool was a nice amenity. The balconies provided great views, and when the front rolled in, I could sit on the sofa and watch the T-storm over the ocean - awesome! Steve and Debbie were great to work with, too. I fully expect to rent this nicely appointed condo again sometime.

  • One of the best buildings in Ocean City and ammenities for all age groups. Built with an outdoor as well as indoor pool, the entire family had a fantastic time staying in Unit #810. All the rooms with 10 or 20 are at the end of the building which is the greatest asset as each unit comes with a private front balcony as well as back balcony affording views up and down Ocean City as well as spectacular Ocean views. Unit #810 was well appointed and current in all aspects for the beach. Thanks fo a great time!
