Wonderful Vacation Getaway for Families!!

My husband and I stayed here with our 15 month old son and 3 year old daughter over the 4th of July week. It was a wonderful experience. The condo itself is nicely decorated and it has plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The building had tons of attractions for families with smaller children. There was a great outdoor and indoor pool, plus a brand new kiddie pool had just opened. There was a fantastic playground area for the kids to play with and everything was clean and neat! The best part was the fireworks!! From the balcony you could see the best firework display ever!! We didn't have to fight traffic or push through tons of people. We relaxed with the kids and enjoyed the show! I would and will go back to this condo again! Thank you Steve for letting us spend our vacation in your home!:)

Oceanfront - Sea Watch Property #55461 Review

The condo was like a home away from home. It was clean, spacious and well-equipped. My two children (3 1/2,1 1/2) found endless enjoyment playing at the playground and swimming in the outdoor pool. A shopping center and restaurants are across the street which is easily walkable. (The sushi at Yokozuna Restaurant was delicious.) We enjoyed our vacation and would stay in this property again. Great Place To Stay

We have 3 kids, (8, 3, 1month) and the place is great. Playground, indoor pool, outdoor pool, direct access to the beach, basketball courts, and arcade make staying at the Sea Watch ideal. The parking garage is great especially on rainy days. The condo itself was very clean and up to date. You can tell that other units haven't been updated since the 80s. The private front balcony is nice added space. We plan on staying here again in the future.

Very Nice Place, Great Location

This was our first time renting privately, so we weren't sure what to expect. Steve, the owner, was very nice and helpful in explaining the details, and renting from him was really easy. He sent us the keys in a very timely manner, and was open to us calling him anytime if we had questions or problems. The condo was nice, with plenty of room, and fairly clean (we were there at the end of the season, so I'm sure it was showing a summer's worth of wear-and-tear). The laundry and storage room was a big bonus, helping to keep sand out of the condo. The building is very nice, with a great security staff. The covered parking garage is a plus (even if the $40 parking fee is a little steep). The playground, tennis courts, basketball court, and game room were all very nice, too. We didn't use the pools, so I can't comment on those, but there are two - one indoor, one outdoor. The only thing I was slightly dissappointed with was the location within the building. From the photos in the ad, it looks like you are beach front, or close to it. But the condo is at the rear of the building. Because of the shape of the building, you still get a nice ocean view, and a bay view, but you also can see everyone else on their balcony between you and the ocean. Not a terrible thing, it just wasn't clear from the photos. Otherwise, it was a great experience, and we will definitely give Steve a call next time we plan on visting Ocean City, MD.

Great Vacation

The condo was just as described, the pictures are spot on. It was great drinking my morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean and going out front and watching it set over the bay at night. There is plenty of storage space, so we did not have to live out of our suitcase. Our 4 year old daughter loved the onsite playground. It seemed to be a very quiet complex, no wild parties or anything like that during our stay. The location is great with a supermarket right across the street, a bus stop right in front of the parking garage, and an onsite food shop for pizza or sandwiches. Except for a trip to Assateague Island, we never needed our car. The unit was very clean and in great shape. It was one of the few places I've stayed and not woken up with a sore back from the bed. Steve was very quick to respond via email to any questions and any written correspondence always included his cell phone number and a reminder to call if we needed anything. It was a great stay and I would recommend to anybody heading to OC and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Steve was easy to work with. The condo was very roomy and clean for the 4 of us. I enjoyed watching the sunrise from the living room and balcony(I didn't like smelling cigarette smoke from other people, this didn't happen everyday). There was enough to do to keep teenagers happy. Unfortunately our vacation was cut short due to my daughter's friend becoming quite ill and we had to go home on Tuesday. 75th St Medical was great. I notified Steve we had to leave early from our vacation , he was very generous and offered us a time in Oct to make up for our loss.

Great Condo

This was our second year in a row staying here. Our kids found so many things to do, including tennis, basketball, arcade games, and swimming at the condo, and lots of mini golf places in the area. There is a grocery store directly across the street and several other stores and restaurants within walking distance, which is very convenient. The condo is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It has everything you could want while on vacation. The views from the decks are great. Steve and Debbie are extremely helpful and accommodating and very responsive! I would definitely recommend their condo to my friends and we look forward to staying here again next summer!

Great Family Getaway!

Our family rented this condo 4th of July week and what a score it was! We were able to see the fireworks right from the balcony without having to deal with traffic or decide where to go...especially with 3 little kids. The grocery store is across the street and the boardwalk is just a short drive away, but enough of a distance to be out of the busiest of areas in O.C. The indoor AND outdoor pools were awesome to have available after having enough of the sand and surf. There was TONS to do each day, yet the condo was a great escape every afternoon for lounging and spending quality family time together. We had a wonderful vacation and couldn't have been more pleased with the condo and it's location.

Spent five days at the unit and could not be more satisfied. Everything was as promised. The unit is comfortable, clean, and a great value. Enjoyed the building; plenty of parking and amenities. Will definitely return again.

This was our first stay at the Sea Watch and we were very impressed with Steve and Debbie's unit. We LOVED that there was plenty of room for storage as we are usually living out of our suitcases, but we were able to put EVERYTHING away! We love that! Also, the unit was clean and updated and very nice. We have been travelling to OC every summer for the past 18 years and this is one of the nicest units so far. The dual balconies were great too! We loved that we didn't need our car much, store across the street, food on premises...it was great. I would definitely recommend this unit and we will be renting again. Thanks!!

I would like to first start off by saying that when I contacted Steve to tell him my cousin would be staying next door and I wanted some extra tags for them to use the wonderful amenities Sea Watch offered, He met me with little notice to hand deliver them to me. His unit was gorgeous and had really everything you would need minus your own sheets to have a terrific vacation. Our kids LOVED the indoor pool and you could not beat the convenience of a food shop on the premises. Thank you so much Steve,It is highly likely we might be renting again from you next year.

This was our fourth season renting from Steve and Debbie, and our ninth season at the Sea Watch. We love the condo and all of the offerings at the Sea Watch. The condo is very clean and well-appointed with all of the things you need for a nice beach vacation. The Sea Watch is safe and secure, with 24 hour security. We will definitely be back next year.

We can't say enough nice things about this condo or the owners. The views of the ocean and bay are simply beautiful. We chose this condo for our family vacation and preparing for our daughter's beach wedding. The lovely courtyard provided additional photo opportunities and everyone at the Sea Watch was courteous and helpful. The condo is clean, updated, spacious and very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and super easy to work with. This was a lovely experience from start to finish!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Unit 810. My stay was in October - so the indoor pool was a nice amenity. The balconies provided great views, and when the front rolled in, I could sit on the sofa and watch the T-storm over the ocean - awesome! Steve and Debbie were great to work with, too. I fully expect to rent this nicely appointed condo again sometime.

One of the best buildings in Ocean City and ammenities for all age groups. Built with an outdoor as well as indoor pool, the entire family had a fantastic time staying in Unit #810. All the rooms with 10 or 20 are at the end of the building which is the greatest asset as each unit comes with a private front balcony as well as back balcony affording views up and down Ocean City as well as spectacular Ocean views. Unit #810 was well appointed and current in all aspects for the beach. Thanks fo a great time!

We recently combined a business trip and vacation in Ocean City and truly enjoyed our week at unit #810 at Sea Watch. The condo was very well appointed and had all of the comforts of home! The decks afforded a lot of privacy and we were surprised at the size of each. The views from both decks were fantastic. The amenities of the complex were also top notch. The private beach was wonderful and the pools (indoor and out) were great as well. The location could not be beat - very close to shopping and activities. Thank You for letting us use your condo - we would love to rent it again in the future!

Our family enjoyed our VK mostly because of the place we stayed at was so nice. Because the weather was poor, the resort had many great rainy day activites (indoor pool, ping-pong, video game room, excercise room, and the condo was so big no one got on anyones nerves! Plus, with the front and back deck we had primo views of the beach and bay. Plus many places to walk to like a mall and resturants. Great place to enjoy, no matter what the weather!
