We did not expect all the wonderful amenities that came with our rental - beach permit, beach chairs and toys, well stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, wifi and free use of phone! Wow - combine those with the beautiful furnishings and easy access to the ocean and you have a fabulous rental. The owner was extremely helpful and pleasant. There was plenty of room for our visiting family members and convenient access to all sorts of stores. I would love to rent this property again. I highly recommend it for people of all ages.

My husband & I were looking for a getaway for our 26th wedding anniversary. We found this condo online and it was in our price range. It was very close to the beach and very well appointed. I was surprised at all the details Beatrix thought of. All we had to purchase was food. Everything else we needed was there even down to the beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler!! It was great!!. This was our 2nd trip to St Augustine and we will be back. It was great meeting with Beatrix and we enjoyed our conversation with her. She was very helpful and a wonderful hostess who thought of everything. Thanks again!!

Can't say enough good things for this rental. Very clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Had some reservations upon seeing the exterior of the unit but inside was exactly as advertised.

My husband and I stayed here in May of 2011 and found the property to be clean and airy, cool and comfortable. The boardwalk to the beach and the access to the resort pools was perfect. The location just outside the gates of the resort made the townhome quiet and peaceful. The back porch overlooking the lake was wonderful for morning yoga and evening coffee. Just beautiful!

My husband and I just returned from this lovely location. Unit 4 condo was perfect for us. We could walk to the beach and pools, which we really enjoyed since it was in the 70's and 80's everyday. We would start our day with a nifty 3 to 4 mile walk on the beach, and then stop at one of the local restaurants for breakfast, all within walking distance. Our time exploring was well spent, since we both love history and found so much to do in St. Augustine. We'll be back.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Das Haus ist riesig und sehr gepflegt. Nur wenige Minuten vom wunderschönen Strand entfernt und trotzdem traumhaft ruhig gelegen. Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen und durch den Internetanschluss konnte ich sogar meine komplette Büroarbeit am Laptop erledigen. Sehr praktisch sind die Waschmaschine und Trockner und natürlich der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer. Die liebe deutschsprachige Betreuung rundet das Angebot ab. Unser Kommentar: Besser geht es nicht! My wife and I and our niece (13) stayed at this property late June / Early July 2010. It was exactly as advertised.Very comfortable and inviting. The beach was just a short stroll away as are the pools. We have stayed at other VRBO locations in the past but this was by far the best. It actually did have everything you need...even had egg cups!! Literally everything was supplied including dishwasher and laundry detergent which is great for short stays as you don't have to buy supplies you won't use. The beach pass for the car came in very handy when bringing chairs etc. to the beach. The historic area of St. Augustine was wonderful to explore and we just didn't have time in one week to do the area justice. Our niece loved feeding the turtles in the pond out back. We will definately travel to this area again and hope to avail of this villa when we do!

We really enjoyed the villa. It is close to the ocean and well appointed. It is clean and fresh. We had good experiences with Old Town Trolley, and purchased several discount tickets to other attractions through them. We have stayed in this owner's property before, and would heartily recommend them!

I think this condo would easily have slept 8 people if there were a couple of children. It was very well stocked with linens and towels and pillows. Beatrix was a gem to work with...we were originally scheduled to go to Gulf Shores and oil washed up 2 days before our departure. It was a blessing that I found this condo and Beatrix was more than happy to work with us. I so appreciate that..as I thought our vacation was ruined. The parking pass to the beach was awesome..as we took our cooler, beach chairs, and the beach umbrella that she had at the condo. We left some sand toys along with the other bag and there is boogie boards too. She was great with giving information about local restaraunts and nearby things to do. I loved the fact that the beaches weren't over crowded and the pools never were either. The condo overall was clean...it just needed a good thorough cleaning around baseboards, plants etc.with dust...but, it is what it is. A beach house :) and we had a wonderful time. I would def. stay here again...and have already suggested it to several friends that are looking for a place to go. Beatrix was also very prompt in returning our security deposit.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation staying in the villa. The villa is well decorated and very comfortable. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with everything needed. There is plenty of extra towels and linens if needed. We all enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch. The pools are a very short walk from the villa. They are very nice with plenty of chairs and tables around them. The beach is a short walk, or you can use the free pass to park on the beach. The beach is wide and very beautiful. The Publix, Winn-Dixie, and Walgreens are only a mile away. There are restaurants close by. It is a short drive into St. Augustine. We enjoyed touring St. Augustine and shopping on St George Street. It is a beautiful city with lots of history. We plan to visit again next summer.

We just returned from a wonderful week at this beautiful villa. My 3 teenage kids enjoyed the close walk to the ocean and pool and had a blast feeding the turtles and birds in the lake behind the villa. What a wonderfully decorated and well kept place to stay. My family and I had a wonderful stay in Saint Augustine, and our accommodations were wonderful and convenient. A short walk to the beach, Walgreens, and the grocery stores were very close by. Beatrix provided us with a parking decal for the beach that saved us $7 a day (I believe it was)this allowed us to drive to the beach instead of having to carry everything we needed. Everything was great! We are planning on staying here again in the near future.

We enjoyed our week at the beach! Nice to be able to drive on the beach when you have lots of kids and things to carry! Otherwise it would be a nice short walk. We loved having the use of the beach toys at the townhouse, and all of the amenities that were there for us to use....hairdryer, laundry detergent, coffee, etc. The kids enjoyed playing in the backyard with the boys next door, too. The pools were OK, and we liked having a baby pool. We hope to be back soon.

Once again, we had the opportunity to call this lovely townhouse "home" for a week. A perfect place to settle in, rest, relax and refresh. Yet, plenty to see and do if you wish. The home is clean, tastefully decorated and supplied with extra amenities. Away from the hustle and noise, but, just a short jaunt to the beautiful beach and warm waters. A perfect spot for us!

What a great place. The condo was 'white-glove' clean, modern and updated. The location was ideal and the neighborhood safe. The queen bed was ridiculously comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We cooked in thanks to the full array of pots, pans, coffee maker and toasters. The patio was nice for after dinner drinks. We'd love to come back. Thanks Beatrix!

Incredible! Carefull! This place will quickly start turning into a home rather than house. ;-) You will not want to leave. Everything exactly as described except better. Kitchen is well stocked. We visited St. Augustine in early June, 2007 - what a great time. The condo was neat and clean, very close to the beach and pools, yet a little secluded so you didn't have all the noise that comes with a condo complex. Beatrix was very helpful with suggestions and there within minutes when we had a hot water issue.(just a blown fuse!!!) It was nice to have the screened porch for outside seating. If we are ever back in St. Augustine - this would be the place to stay again.

We had a great time in St. Augustine. The villa was fantastic. We had plenty of room to relax--we really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch in the morning with our coffee and watching the birds by the pond. Beatrix was great--she gave us wonderful suggestions for lunch and dinner and was nice enough to drop off some brochures after we expressed an interest in fishing. It was nice to be so close to the beach and have access to the pools but still have the privacy of a villa instead of a condo. We loved to come back!

We loved the villa! It was convenient to the pools and beach. It was great to have a permit to drive on the beach. Our kids enjoyed feeding the ducks, turtles, and fish at the pond. The villa was very clean and equipped with anything you would need for a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay. You have a beautiful home, nicely decorated, and a great screen porch! We spent lots of time at the beach, and also enjoyed the swimming pools. The well stocked kitchen and linen closet were greatly appreciated. Also, it was nice to have basic cleaning supplies available - that is often missing from rental properties where we have stayed.
