LOOKING FOR A GREAT PLACE TO VACATION! Our new, lakefront condominium located at the gated community of CEDAR HEIGHTS on the "quiet water" Niangua Arm of the Lake will provide just that!
Welcome to a completely furnished, 1500 square foot "NAUTICAL THEME" unit with a complimentary 12 foot by 30 foot boat slip. The front door is WALK-IN level from the parking lot. This unit's location provides a great VIEW over the lake. An elevator is close at hand for easy dock and pool access.
A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar has a pantry, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, dish washer, radio/CD player, washer/dryer and every cooking utensil. The spacious dining/living room area has a 32 inch TV, DVD, VCR, and gas fireplace. The master suite offers a king-size bed with private bath and walk-in closet. Another TV w/remote is also provided. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with an adjoining bath offering a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom offers two twin-size beds. A queen sofa sleeper is in the living room for additional sleeping.
Enjoy a private covered balcony through sliding glass doors off both the master bedroom and living room complete with patio furniture and gas barbecue grill. It faces east and overlooks the lake for great mornings to start the day.
Once you are here, we know you will just "LOVE THE LAKE", pool and surroundings away from the daily workplace, but if you desire, the OZARKS offer a wide variety of activities for all ages. GOLFERS take note: Aside from all of the golf courses around, there are two championship courses less than 15 minutes away at OLD KINDERHOOK and LAKE VALLEY.
The unit is furnished with many linens and towels for all baths and kitchen. The only towels needed are for your water activities.

Why the Owner Chose Camdenton
We chose this vacation rental because of a friend who lives in the area. It's not to far from us, driving distance of 5 hours. We like the WARM & QUIET waters in our area being at mile marker 13 on the Niangua Arm. It's just a great place to relax and yet have a wide range of activities just minutes away.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The view off of our balcony is wonderful. Love the warm sun shining through the windows in the mornings. Golf courses are right around the corner. Shopping is just a few miles up the road.
Osage Beach has some great dining available as well. It's just a warm and welcoming community that we thoroughly enjoy. And I know you will too!

My husband and I grew up in Nebraska. A business venture brought us to Iowa. Here
we raised 3 children. Shortly after our marriage we began taking summer vacations with friends in the area. We've come to enjoy the water so much a boat came into the picture and now our condo. Our children still vacation with us yearly. We still live in Iowa and am involved in the housing market.
