The house is perfectly situated to take in the breathtaking 180 degree ocean views directly on the ocean. Every bedroom has an ocean view - the light is amazing!. The four main bedrooms each have their own bathroom complete with shower. There is also a kids playroom/bunk room that can sleep two or three kids downstairs.
The kitchen was completely renovated in 2005 and comes fully equipped with granite countertops and brand new Bosch range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and butlers pantry. The kitchen opens into the dining room which seats up to 10 people comfortably. The living/family room is right next to the dining room and includes a large flat screen TV with cable, DVD, CD and surround speaker system.
You can swim right off your own sandy beach. In addition, there is a private heated pool and tennis court and bikes and a kayak. You have complete privacy right on the water.

Why the Owner Chose Kennebunkport
My wife and I both grew up on the east coast and vacationed throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic as kids. When we got married we decided to look in Maine and fell in love with Kennebunkport. The coast is so beautiful here and there is a perfect blend of quiet along with tons of activities right from our home. We now have three kids and the best part is watching them grow up here and seeing them explore all that living by the ocean offers.
The Unique Benefits at this House
What's unique about our home is the feeling of solitude you get sitting on the back deck or down at the beach. You feel like you're the only one out there, except for the seals, cormorants and seagulls passing by. Yet there are so many wonderful things to do, from swimming in the pool and ocean, playing tennis, wiffle ball and football with the kids on the beach, fishing, kayaking, and biking to name a few. The food in Kennebunkport is outstanding too, whether your cooking fresh seafood at home or enjoying the fine restaurants in town or in Portland.
