The house is perfectly situated to take in the breathtaking 180 degree ocean views directly on the ocean. Every bedroom has an ocean view - the light is amazing!. The four main bedrooms each have their own bathroom complete with shower. There is also a kids playroom/bunk room that can sleep two or three kids downstairs.
The kitchen was completely renovated in 2005 and comes fully equipped with granite countertops and brand new Bosch range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and butlers pantry. The kitchen opens into the dining room which seats up to 10 people comfortably. The living/family room is right next to the dining room and includes a nice 27" TV with cable, DVD, CD and surround speaker system.
You can swim right off your own rocky beach or take a short walk 200 yards down the beach to a sandy beach on Cleaves Cove. In addition, there is a private heated pool and tennis court and bikes and a kayak. You have complete privacy right on the water. |
