Top floor rental unit 3 bedrooms/2 bath with shared access to backyard amenities swimming pool and Jacuzzi etc.

This beach house has superior views of the Gulf of Mexico from both front and rear balconies. This rental unit is the top floor of the beach house which is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and shares the backyard swimming pool/spa with owner who lives in downstairs unit. The beach house comes equipped with everything you will need to make your stay the best possible. It has granite countertops, leather furniture, ceiling fans in all rooms, reverse osmosis drinking water in kitchen and bathrooms, washer and dryer, a 42" Plasma TV, a jacuzzi tub in master bath,computer and printer, high speed wireless internet access, AV dolby pro-logic surround sound system, DVD/CD player-progressive scan and MP3/WMA capable. For your convenience we provide a BBQ gas grill, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and boogie boards. Outdoor showers are available in both front and back patios.

This beach house is located across the street from public beach access #4. Just steps to the Gulf of Mexico! Also within walking distance is the entertainment district of South Padre. Three blocks to Louie's Backyard, Wahoo's, Tequila Sunset and Amberjacks to name a few. Exxon/Taco Bell at the end of our street and 1/2 block is Pizza Hut, Subway and On The Beach Surf Shop. Many more businesses are just a short walk away.

Enjoy viewing the South Padre Island fireworks display every Friday night at 9:15PM from the front balcony (Memorial Weekend thru Labor Day).

Tommy is a great person to rent from and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and offer advice on local activities.

  • Que-Padre really was the best place to stay on the beach. I stayed there over the 4th of July weekend, 2008, as a part of my friends bachelor party. We were within walking distance to the entertainment district which included all the main bars and clubs. Tom was a great host and provided great local information about where to go. The house far exceeded any expectations we had. The pool and hot tub along with the tiki bar and grill in the back yard were big hits when we had a small get together on the 4th. I will be back for sure, and Que-Padre will be where I stay. Thanks Tom for everything

  • Tom and Lisa were great and me and my family thank you both so much for such an awesome stay!!! Both Tom and Lisa were very hospitable, they took us to Mexico (which was an awesome time) They told us about all the great places on the island and introduced us to so many different people...everything was very clean in the beach house and all of our needs were met....they really made us feel right at home...we are definitely coming back!!!! WE HIGHLY recommend you and your family to visit!

  • The house was great. The pool and the jacuzzi made it complete. Everything you need right at your fingertips. The front balcony provides an awesome view of the Friday night fireworks. We had a great time, and will definitely come back. Would recommend to anyone going to South Padre.
