Sheryl came to our rescue on a very short notice and made the arrangements for us to stay at this property. This property has everything you could think of from a printer for you laptop to toys in the closet for your trip to the beach with kids. The whole condo is well stocked for your everyday needs, just bring food. The location is great, just minutes away (walk or drive) to the beach and a very short walk to the pool area and BBQs. We loved the unit and would stay here again when we visit the big island. Mahalo Sheyl for your availability and your condo for the week.

What a fabulous vacation! The location is perfect. The condo is spacious. The property is beautiful. Hi Sheryl and Steve, We just wanted to say thank you so much for sharing your fabulous condo with us. We just arrived home on the red-eye flight, and so are a bit blurry eyed, but we are still dreaming of our week on the Big Island It was a wonderful escape and such a pleasure to come home to the condo each day and marvel at the surroundings. You have thought of every little detail and we felt very fortunate to be staying in such luxurious accommdations. One of my co-workers happened to be vacationing there last week as well but they were re-located from the King Kamehameha to the Sheraton and were less than pleased with their hotel. We invited them to the condo for a drink as we had been raving about our place and they were so impressed! We look forward to returning to the island again! Thank you again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It is a very nice, upscale, WELL equipped condo. We especially appreciated the boogie boards and snorkel equipment. It is a quiet location, yet within a short walk of shops, restaurants, and the beach as well as a short drive to other great beaches. We could sit on the lanai and enjoy sunsets over the lake filtered by the palm trees. We certainly recommend this unit to anyone.

Had an incredible time. Wonderful! Your home had everything and more!!! What a welcome to come "home" to everyday. Kitchen was so well stocked, loved that you had coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear (which we added to already existing), movies...all amenities that one would want and need! Perfect location.Took the snorkeling excursion with Dolphin Discoveries that was recommended by one of your guests .A must is a sunset dinner at the Canoe House at the Mauna Lani Hotel. It was a perfect way to end our trip!!! Definitely hope to return one day!! Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful base for our Big Island stay

We stayed at Fairway Villas N2 for four nights during our brief trip to the Big Island in June 2010, and it was a tremendous place to use as a base. We spent our time going in all directions around the island, and the location was convenient to doing that. The condo is in outstanding condition and spotless. It was very comfortable and would be great for a short, or long, stay on the island. Our favorite beach in the area was about 15 minutes north, Hapuna Beach. It is a state park with plenty of parking and facilities, and it is easily one of the most beautiful beaches we'd ever visited. Perfect sand, great water and plenty of room to spread out.

My wife, daughter and her friend had a wonderful time at your place! We had not been on Kona for approx. 4 years and it was a fun return with memories of swimming, snorkling (left 2 sets for future guests), food (Merrimans). It was even more special as my wife celebrated her 50th birthday during our stay. We went to A Bay, Hapuna Beach, and really loved Kua Bay Beach Park. The girls had a great horseback ride and the week went too fast. I will leave a review and thanks again for a wonderful time. Hopefully we will be able to stay at your place in the future. Loved the Fairway Villas! The whole condo complex is beautiful and quiet. Our unit is extremely well kept, spacious and clean. The owner, Sheryl, is very responsive to our inquires and needs as well. Our lanai overlook the golf course and the king shops. Very short distance walk to the King's and Queen's shop which is a nice addition. Will definitely stay here again when we go to Big Island again!

We've just returned from the big island and stayed here in Wiakoloa. We were extremely pleased with the accommodation, especially the pool, the open-air fitness centre and bar-b-q areas. Sitting on the lanai with an evening drink was very relaxing. Will definitely return on our next visit.

We only spent a few days on the Big Island this year, but your condo was the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Kailua-Kona. Waikaloa really has everything we needed and our morning coffee stop was a short five minute walk away!

Fabulous trip! Sheryl was great from all our communications the past year! The condo and stay were all we hoped for. The Big Island is an amazing place; take advantage of all it has to offer. SeaQuest is the best snorkel trip we've ever done. Don't miss a once-in-a-lifetime experience at Volcano either. Loved Hapuna Beach; Black Sand Beach allowed us to see sea turtles resting also. Don't miss the north shore either! Kids loved the pool; we did a location portrait at A-Bay and were thrilled. It was a great place to return to for sunset each night. Aloha Steve and Sheryl, We had a lovely time in Hawaii! We had great weather! Everyday we did all the things we planned and never had to change anything because of the weather. We even had hot and sunny weather when we went to Waipio, Hilo, and the Volcano! We loved your condo, N2. It was very convenient, the furnishings were great and we wanted for nothing. We appreciated all the chairs, mats, umbrella, books, and beach towels. We hope that we took good care of everything. We had a great time. We do a lot of hiking...Pololu, Waipio, the volcano, all the trails along the coast to heiaus, National and State Parks, and petroglyph fields. We snorkeled at Kalaluu and Captain Cook's and The Place of Refuge. We enjoyed dinner at the Coast Grille, Kona Inn, Pescatori in Hilo, and The Canoe House. All in all, we love The Big Island and will certainly consider returning...including returning to N2. We love the Fairway Villas. Very convenient and very well maintained. Everyone is pleasant and it is simply enjoyable. Very relaxing. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo. We appreciated it very much.

We are currently staying in your paradise in Waikoloa. It is really a great place to be. We are sitting on the lanai overlooking the 9th tee, the lake, and Kings shops, while taking in the scent of a Plumeria tree, on the last beautiful morning of our Big Island vacation. The unit had everything we needed. A fully stocked kitchen, great individual air conditioning in every room, boogie boards, and even a Big Island guidebook. Convenient location, all within walking distance to shopping, restaurants & the beach. Both golf courses (Kings & Beach) were fun to play. The Kings course with its giant "lava balls" and the Beach course with its fabulous ocean views. For the most romantic dinner ever, dine at Brown's at the nearby Fairmont Orchid Hotel. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. The condo was beautiful, spacious and well stocked. The location couldn't be any more convenient - right across the lake from the King Shops. We were there over the 4th of July holiday and the fireworks were launced from about 30 yards infront of the condo (on the gold course). It was definitely the closest I have ever been to a display before. I might not recommend the unit to someone with a mischevious toddler (we brought our one and three year old boys) because the front door cannot be kept locked from the inside (it automatically unlocks when the door handle is moved). We had to prop a considerable amount of furniture in front of the door to keep our little one in. Other than that, the unit far exceeded out expectations and the beaches were great. We absolutely loved Hapuna.

Owner response:08/25/06 - We just had a privacy lock installed on the inside of the front door so that toddlers will not be able to escape! Thank you for letting us know.

We have stayed on the Big Island many times but this was the first time in a condo. It will not be the last. Already looking forward to our next trip. Sheryl and Steve provided everything. This is a terrific property! The condo was exceptionally well equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay – beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, games, videos/DVDs, books, etc. The kitchen is also well equipped allowing us to prepare many of our own meals with ease. Aloha! What a wonderful experience we enjoyed in your beautiful condo. We live in Oahu and this was our first visit to Kona. We have stayed in many beautiful places and we would place yours right on top. It seemed like everything we needed was here including dark curtains to block out the sunlight in the master bedroom and boogie boards and a cooler. We had other friends who stayed in a hotel in Kailua-Kona and they were very impressed with the lovely decor and beautiful setting, and wished they had booked your condo. This unit and the Fairway Villas were excellent! The resort is very well run and the unit has everything you need. It is a 5 minute walk to the Kings Shops, so close that we let our kids go over themselves to the general store for candy and ice cream. The Waikoloa area has beautiful beaches and the water was clam enough that I didn't really worry about the kids swimming. We aren't even golfers and we would definitely stay here again! We wish we lived closer.

Sheryl & Steve, We stayed in your unit in January, 2006 and were very pleased with it. Everything was provided, including the dishwasher and laundry soap. The $100 check you provided came in handy while shopping in Kona. We especially appreciated being able to walk the short distance to the Kings Shops to eat in their restaurants and food court when we didn't feel like driving. My granddaughter loved playing at the nearby beach and going to the Hilton and riding on their free boat and monorail transportation. Sheryl, we had an absolutely wonderful time! The unit was lovely and the housekeeping was excellent. I had no problem connecting to the wireless network. The drapes in the master bedroom worked well at keeping out the morning sun. The weather couldn't have been more perfect. We enjoyed golfing, snorkeling, the volcano, and the convenience of the King's shops and restaurants, which we frequented almost every evening. This is definitely our favorite island.
