What an amazing condo it was more than a getaway for our family it was more like a getaway that felt like home. Nik was great to work with gave us extra tips on park city and lift tickets that saved us money! We have stayed at many vrbo properties and this one has to be one of my favorite all the extra little things made it so nice extra towels, soaps, movies, games, directions on how to use everything, and most importantly the feel of home. We will definetly be staying here again highly recommended!

Nick is a very thoughtful owner who has his guests in mind all the time. He was flexible, helpful, friendly, and his place is in a very good location. If you don't want to stay downtown, this is the best compromise. Right near the Canyons, not too far to the highway and shopping. Nick has just about every amenity you could possibly need. We will definitely be coming back to stay again.

Well..... this trip was celebrating a special occasion. We had four couples staying for three nights. - This condo is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It is much more amazing, clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable than the pictures show. I don't know what I was really expecting when we booked this trip, but this condo far, far exceeded my expectations! - Nic is the owner of the condo and I am proud to say that I have had the pleasure of knowing Nic for many years. He makes the stay very personal and he takes such pride in his condo. He wants each and every person who stays in the condo to have a wonderful experience. I LOVE to ski but I would have been really happy hanging out in this beautiful condo for the whole three days! Thanks, Nic. I hope this group will be back soon! You are the best!

We were asked to create an event at the last minute for a prominent venue in Park City during Sundance, so everything was pushed to the last minute including booking our accommodations. Amongst organizing a string of 3 days of events inside of 10 days we did not look at booking accommodations for ourselves and the investors we brought with us until about 4pm of the day we needed a place to stay. Fate was on our side when we contacted the owner of the property for a place to stay. We were welcomed with open arms and ushered into the property at the last minute as someone had canceled at the last minute. The owner was extremely hospitable and we were treated as if were staying at a 4 star resort. I recommend this property to anyone.

We had 7 kids and 3 adults and still had plenty of room for more. The kitchen was great, the beds were comfortable and there was enough space that we didn't feel like there were 10 people in the townhouse. We could fit both cars in the garage and ski/snowboard equipment. Nikolaj has provided every item one could need/want on vacation- including bathrobes for everyone. We will definitely stay here again!

First things first....Nic is by far the finest home owner you could hope to meet. He really wants you to have the best possible time on your vacation and has the house in tip top shape when you arrive. The hot tub is ready upon arrival and the engraved robes in each bedroom is an excellent touch. Everything fuctioned perfectly and he had enough humidifiers in the unit to keep the air comfortable. The photos used in the VRBO file are exactly what you get and the layout of the unit was perfect (Washer & Dryer upstairs was a huge bonus!). We only had 4 of us but would easily accomodate another family of 4. I would recommend this unit to anyone interested in a Park City Vacation. We skied Deer Valley each day as my kids did ski school and it was no big deal to drive up the hill to the Base of DV. Access to the club house was also nice and the view from the main den area was really nice. In the end, we had a great time and literally have ZERO complaints. If you can't get along with Nic (the owner), then you can't get along with anyone. He was the best! We will reserve our spot for next year very soon! Happy Skiing!!!

We used Nik's house as our training base in the lead up to the Olympics & it couldnt have been more suited to the job.The house has all the mod cons & is super close to the Olympic training centre,restaurants,shopping & the best whole foods supermarket you could hope for.And then there is Nik,the "Patron Saint of Touring Teams" who went out his way to make our stay as comfortable & convenient as possible. Thanks Nik for helping us make the most out of our pre-Games training time.

This rental was luxurious, extremely spacious, and cozy. The location is extremely convenient and centrally located. The owners have taken great measures to provide all the comforts of home with the added joys of being on vacation. We would definitely stay here again it was a wonderful experience.

What a fantastic experience! Our ski vacation was exceptional, thanks mostly to Nikolaj and his beautiful condo. We had 8 adults and 2 infants, coming in from all over the country, and everyone had plenty of space. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is exceptional - all the comforts of home, and more. Having a garage that fits 2 cars PLUS room for all the ski gear was wonderful when we got all that fresh powder...! Clubhouse is only about 4 houses down the block, and the free city bus stops just a short walk to the bottom of the hill. Very convenient, comfortable, and reasonable. And you won't find a more accomodating landlord - he has everything on-hand, and makes your logistics planning a snap. Thanks!!!

Perfect vacation condo for our two families. Spacious, well appointed with many amenities including the wireless, the lovely kitchen and of course the hot tub. Nikolaj was an informative and gracious host with an attention to many details: ski area maps in garage, place for boots, laundry detergent, games and movies...the list goes on. Highly recommend this condo as a rental if you are in the park city area.

A great rental experience. This condo is completely ready to go with everything you need including loads of towels, bedding, paper goods and even bath robes to wear out to the sauna. The facility was super clean and has all the amenities to keep everyone happy including flat screen TVs, video games, loads of DVD's and old fashion board games. Our group of seven including 3 kids had all the room we needed. In addition the owner Nikolaj is great. While we have never met, he gave us plenty of advanced information on the unit so we could plan accordingly and even had the Christmas decorations put up early for our grandkids. Thanks Nik! We rented Nik's place for a family reunion and it was perfect for our needs! Nik was a fantastic "landlord" and the place was better appointed than any rental home we have ever rented--from sleds to kitchen tools to board games. The kids *loved* the towels, btw! Great location--easy run up to main street, very close to great market, ice cream, movies. If we are in Park City again, we will be back at Nik's.

We were lucky enough to be able to rent Nikolaj's townhome for 3 weeks while in the process of moving. Fantastic place with all the amenities described and more including monogramed towels! The house was wonderfully clean and so close to the clubhouse pool that the kids enjoyed every day. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone for a short or long vacation.

Awesome!! We had 6 guys for our Feb. ski trip and everyone has agreed to use Nik and his place next year. Everything was as described and more. All furniture, appliances, bedding, etc. was 1st class and more than we expected from a rental. We've been doing this ski trip for years and this is by far the nicest place we've stayed. We will be back!

Our group of 8 adults found this beautiful Park City home plenty spacious and extremely well equipped. This place truly makes you feel at home, so much so that none of us wanted to leave when the week was up. It is conveniently located off of I-80, 5-10 minutes to the Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley, 45 Minutes to the Cottonwoods, and just over an hour to Ogden (Snowbasin and Powder Mtn.) Nearby Redstone Center offers multiple grocery stores and dining options only a 1/4 mile from your doorstep. If you choose to dine in, the gourmet kitchen is perfectly equipped to cook for large groups and the spacious living area was ideal for entertaining in the evenings. Nik was nothing but hospitable and helpful throughout the entire process, and there is no doubt in my mind that we will be repeat guests in his stunning mountain home.

We had a group of 6 guys and the townhouse worked out perfectly. It's absolutely first class, not like a typical rental but like a real home with all amenities. You won't find a better deal in Park City for a place this nice in such an excellent location. Very convenient to the ski areas, Main Street, Olympic Park, and the Redstone/Kimball Junction retail district. This townhouse is in immaculate condition, very well-appointed, awesome floorplan (the pictures don't do it justice), and some of the best views in Bear Hollow, overlooking the "Village Green" park, stream, and swimming pool. Nicolaj is a great guy. He's become a good friend since our 3-month rental last year. In fact the ultimate compliment is we enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up buying our own townhouse in Bear Hollow.

This was my 4th trip in 3 years to Park City Area (2nd stay in Bear Hollow Village) and I have found my home away from home. Extremely clean and an abundance of amenities. The WIFI is a plus for the travelling businessman. Niko is an absolute pleasure to rent from and always there when you have a question. The Condo has everything you need and more. This was a perfect spot for our guys ski week. Short drive to three world class ski resorts and top quality amenities at this great condo. Nik was a pleasure to deal with--always concerned that we got great deals on skiing and everything else. The condo was beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub for apres ski and cooked some gourmet meals in the well equipped kitchen. Thanks for everything Nik. We will definitely be back!

What a great place!! This townhouse has all the comforts you could imagine from big screen TV's and a private hot tub to bars of soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener. Just bring your toothpaste and clothes! Minutes from the best skiing and nightlife in Utah! Nik was a pleasure to do business with and he truly cares that you have the best time with no worries. Folks, this is a tremendous place to spend a vacation. The Townhouse was perfect for our 2 families, it is in an excellent location, has plenty of space for everyone with all the comforts of home. Throw in the private Hot tub for after skiing and the 4 feet of snow we got during the week... We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The owner "Nik" is an absolute pleasure to do business with and he even rented to us "New Englanders" after our Patriots upset his Chargers !!! Thanks Nik !!! This was a wonderful place to stay. All the amentities you will need for a fantastic ski vacation. Everything is top notch from the linens and beds to the kitchen and supplies. It is a TV lovers paradise with two big flat screens and TV's in almost every room. I just spent two different weeks here and I can't wait to come back again for some great spring skiing!

This brand new townhouse is truly a luxury home away from home. The layout is perfect for a large family like ours or for two families. There are 3 levels, each with it's own gathering area...great when kids and parents want to watch different things. The furnishings are top notch and add to the overall experience. The amenities and location are awesome...We highly recommend this townhouse and will definitely stay here again. The owner, Nik, is an excellent guy to deal with, too!

Outstanding! The layout of the townhouse has something for everyone. The kitchen area is great for gathering at the start or end of the day. The family room was large enough to let us spread out while watching a game or movie. When someone wanted to get away, they could go downstairs for TV or darts, or to the loft to veg on the couch. Bedrooms were excellent, well decorated w/ queen beds in two, bunks in one. Access to the resorts is easy yet far enough away to get out of the traffic. The layout & furnishings provided an unforgetable experience with the large jacuzzi the ONLY way to end a day on the slopes. We would gladly stay there again.

Very nice! Well equiped home with a touch of class. We enjoyed the proximity to all the popular resorts without being part of the hustle and bustle. We will definatley stay there there again.
