Four miles from either Newbury or New London, NH, this charming, 1920s cottage is known by Blodgett Landing locals as "Twin Gables."

The wide pine floors and narrow stairways are evidence of the cottage's lake "camp" history; the satellite dish a nod toward modern life. The front porch opens into a living/dining room, with the kitchen and just-remodeled bath located at the back of the first floor.

The second floor houses three bedrooms: #1 has two double beds, #2 has one double, and #3 a twin.

Take your coffee on the dock and greet the morning on Lake Sunapee. Plan a day of swimming, sunning, kayaking, canoeing, or.....? Go to dinner in nearby New London and take in one of the summer's musicals at the New London Barn Playhouse, or return to the dock and enjoy the sunset.
