This six bedroom three and a half bath home on the Ocean Point Golf Course is located on a quiet street three-tenths of a mile from the beach, an EASY five minute walk or bike ride.
This is our home away from home. It is in pristine condition and has been RENOVATED to fit our large family.
This smoke-free home is offered complete with a full eat-in kitchen and plenty of room to sleep up to 18 comfortably on the following beds:

1 Sleeper Sofa in the Sunroom
This is a two-story house with drive-under two car garage. A full-sized washer & dryer is in one of the garage bays making beach towel clean-up an easy task. The ground level also offers a generous storage area for beach equipment and shoes. This area is also home to an extra refrigerator, nice for drinks & the occasional watermelon.
The house offers two bedrooms on the main floor and four bedrooms on the second floor. Here's a break down of the rooms:
Main floor:
#1 bedroom--double bed adjoining bathroom (shares with #2) A stacking washer/dryer unit is found in the closet of bedroom #1.
#2 bedroom--king bed with adjoining bathroom (shares with #1)
1 full & 1 half baths
Sunroom has a double sleeper sofa (the kids love it).
Second floor:
#3 bedroom--king bed and 2 sets of bunkbeds (double on the bottom & twin on the top). This room can comfortably sleep Mom, Dad & 4 or more kids. View overlooks golf course.

#5 bedroom-- double bed and 1 twin bed with adjoining bathroom (shares with #6)
#6 bedroom--queen bed and 2 twins with adjoining bathroom (shares with #5)
2 FULL hall bathrooms to service the 4 bedrooms on the Second Floor
The bathroom between bedrooms 5 & 6 is home to a full-sized washer and dryer.
The Living Room, Sunroom & all bedrooms come with Cable TV, VCR and/or a DVD player.
House also includes large living room with plenty of comfortable seating, dining room, and sunroom. The entire mainfloor is hardwood floors and overlooks the 6th Fairway. The deck on the back of the house is perfect for relaxing, watching the golfers, and cooking out. We've stocked the home with plenty of books, videos, DVD's, games and CD's for your enjoyment.

We stayed at this home from 6/4/2011 thru 6/11/2011.. This house worked great for our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. I have rented many vacation houses in the last 15 years and this home had the best equipped kitchen by far. Our family likes to cook and eat at home (went out a few times to Fripp and Port Royal restaurants) and this kitchen worked great for us, lots of equipment and plenty of room to dine. Very comfortable bedrooms and living areas. Would recommend to large families.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We spent the last week of July @ "for the love of Fripp" and had a marvelous time. We did encounter a few small issues but the property owner was incredibly responsive and accomodating. All in, we had 5 teenagers, 2 little ones, and 8 adults. The house was very comfortable and made for a great trip. Also, the location is great - you're on the 6th tee, 5 minutes from the beach, and less than 10-12 from sunset and the Cabana Club. We actually are thinking of doing it again with a different group in June 2011!!! I would highly reccomend this property.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have been using this home for the past several years! We vacation as extended family groups -- 3 to 4 families with lots of kids/teenagers! This year we had a total of 22 in the house! The house worked perfectly for us! I love all the amenities inside the house -- crib, highchair and washer and dryer on each level! We had plenty of room and plenty of fun!!! Fripp is a great vacation place for the entire family! This house is a great rental for a great price! Thanks for having us!

We have 5 couples with children that get together yearly. We rotate around the country and it is always very difficult for us to find a home that can accomodate all of us in comfort, but this house did it easily. The house is in immaculate condition and the use of the two golf carts is a huge bonus on Fripp where they are used as basic transportation. This is more like someones home that they vacated for a week to allow us to rent than a standard rental. I highly recommend the home and the family that rents it......
