Great View and Grounds but Condo needs updating

My family and I stayed in this unit in February 2011. PROS: Great view of the ocean Small but warm pool for the kids Meticulously maintained grounds, pool and BBQ area Great boardwalk, with short walk to Lydgate State Park (has a sectioned off area for new snorkelers to learn) Close to airport and Kapa'a (shopping, groceries, restaurants) CONS: Every room in the condo needs updating (furnishings had pealing veneers, worn bedding, linens, etc.) Very difficult to get internet access/ wi-fi didn't work at all Could use more glasses, utensils in the kitchen No air conditioning on a very humid island On-site office is for a different Property Maintenance company, who is not who this owner uses. Don't expect any help from them No iron or hair dryer in the unit
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children.
