  This was our second stay at this villa and once again it didn't disappoint! We found the villa in an excellent condition, clean and well kept. The accommodation is excellent and the house is very well equipped. We travel from the UK and there are 11 of us in total consisting of 2 families. The bedrooms are spacious and the bedding etc is all clean and of a high standard. We requested a cot and high chair this year which were provided and there were also 2 strollers provided that we didn't even ask for! The pool is well kept and clean with plenty of beds and chairs. The location is very close to Disney, about a 10 minute drive and about half an hour from Universal. The 192 has brilliant restaurants and plenty of them. There are also a couple of supermarkets very close by (Wal-mart and Publix). We would definitely stay here again. The only disappointing thing about this villa is when we have to leave!

  We've made this our place of choice when annually visiting Orlando with our 6 year old son. His opinion and our is it's our home away from home. Highly recommended.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  What a beautiful vacation house, we all loved the pool and game room. I really liked the hot tub after a long day at the parks. We all had plenty of room and everything was right at our finger tips. Everything listed was as good or better than listed and we would love to rent again on our next adventure to Orlando. Being so close to everything made the vacation smooth and easy

  We had a wonderful time with our family of 6 staying at Citrus Palms. My children enjoyed many hours in the game room, playing in the heated pool and the themed rooms. The Master bedroom was a perfect retreat for my husband and I. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, as well as within walking distance to a nice grocery store. When the coffee maker stopped working we were brought a new one several hours later.

  This property was very comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay there. I would personally reccomend and strongly encourage anyone who stays at this property to take pictures upon arrival and at their departure. We were charged for petty things such as a spot on the carpet and for garbage that was left behind that wasn't ours. Unforunately, out of a large amount for a security deposit we only recieved a little more than half back. But in the end it was a lesson learned and all that matter is our kids really enjoyed themselves!

  Owner response: We encourage all of our guests to report any damage found upon arrival at the villa to our management company so you will not be charged. Our cleaners and management company reported that the house was not well respected by this guest. Pictures were taken by the management company and sent to me and the guest. The guest admitted to me in an email that the stain on the carpet came from their son cutting his foot and that stains on the chair were from food when the kids ate. No attempt was made to remove the stains. The house was left in such a state that we were charged an extra fee by the normal cleaners to clean the villa, plus a fee by a carpet cleaner to remove the stains from the carpet and chairs. Our management company also charged a fee for trash removal since so much trash was left at the villa. These fees were passed on to the guests.

  This is a wonderful home to rent. It was clean, well maintained and fun. With 3 small children and 2 adults we had way more than enough room. It is a relaxing, quiet place with a lovely pool and play room for the kids, with games, PS2, movies and books. It also has wireless internet access which was very convenient. The drive to Disney is less than 15 minutes and is a very easy to navigate. It is conveniently located with everything located within 5 minutes. I would recommend this to family and friends!
