This three-story luxury townhouse is beautifully decorated and has two Master Bedrooms and plenty of room for your entire family. Just park your car and relax!! Enjoy the short walk to the beach and boardwalk where there are fun shops, eateries, go-carts, putt-putt and much more!!!
The first floor features a spacious, beautifully furnished Master Bedroom with TV, DVD/VCR, and full private bath. Great for grandparents!! There is also a refrigerator in the garage for added convenience.
The second floor features a formal dining room, large kitchen with breakfast bar and six stools, powder room, leather queen sleeper sectional sofa with double recliner, 32' Sony TV, DVD/VCR, fireplace and furnished deck. There is also a relaxing chair by the window in the 'library' with a bookcase full of games and books for both children and adults!
The third floor features the second Master Bedroom 'Palm Tree Room', a large, beautifully furnished and decorated master bedroom with cathedral ceilings, a Select Comfort Sleep Number Bed, full bath with double sink and furnished deck with comfortable lounge chair, table and chairs. The third bedroom, the 'Rainbow Room', is great for kids with pyramid bunk beds (full bottom/twin top) and fun, colorful fish decorations. The fourth bedroom, the 'Flip-Flop Room', has two twin beds and a bright, colorful decor. There is also a full bath, the 'Dolphin Room', and a front-loading washer and dryer in the hallway.
There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room, recessed lighting with dimmers and custom window treatments throughout the house (including top-down cell shades for your added privacy).
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time Saturday, 3 PM, Check-out time, Saturday, 10 AM. One week minimum stay. Half of the rent is due when booking our home. The balance and a refundable, security deposit of $400 are due four weeks before the start of your vacation. When we receive the balance of your rent and the security deposit, we will mail a key and directly to your home to enter the property at the start of your vacation. Personal checks are accepted.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: If there is a need to cancel for any reason and the original week is able to be rented for the same price, monies will be refunded less One-Third of the rental amount which is non-refundable under any circumstances. If we rent the same week for a lower rental fee, you will be refunded lesser fee less One-Third of the original rental amount which is non-refundable under any circumstances. The earlier you advise us of your needs, the better chances of us re-renting your week.
PLEASE NOTE, we will not rent to single adults under the age of 25. Maximum occupancy is 11. Also, absolutely No Smoking and No Pets permitted. If you smoke on the outside decks, please use an ashtray.

We stayed at this house 8/25-9/3 2007. I must say this was the best house we have ever rented. Two master bedrooms were excellent as we had two families with two kids each. I will say this, if this house doesn't have it you don't need it. There are sand toys, umbrellas, a beach cart, two refrigerators, bbq, two decks. There are no streets to cross to get to the boardwalk, and you come up at either 21st or 22nd depending on which way you go and the the beach was right there, and not crowded as there are no hotels on those blocks. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook in and plenty of games and movies for the kids. If we go back to wildwood soon this is where we are staying. Great house!! Having 2 master bedrooms was such a plus as we share the house with my sister and her family. With 2 of our kids still in Pack N’ Play’s we had plenty of beds for the other 4. Nice kitchen with lots of counter space, great open large living area and with 3 ½ baths and an outdoor shower there was never any fighting over who was showering first – plenty of room for the 10 of us. The house is very close to the beach/boards and what a convenience to not have to cross any streets. We were all set for beach supplies with 3 umbrellas, chairs and sand toys provided for us. I most definitely recommend renting from these owners – very nice to deal with and always promptly returned emails and answered all questions.Did you find this review helpful?
