This beautiful, island-style home on the private, residential, gated island of ONO is located in the city of Orange Beach. The private island has very little traffic and the house in on a cul'-de-sac. It is security patrolled 24/7 and has paved biking paths. Just a five-minute drive to the white sandy beaches of the
Gulf of Mexico. The fabulous Alabama Point/Perdido Pass inlet is a 10 minute walk down the beach, and offers endless water-sports. We are a 45 minute drive from the Pensacola Airport in Pensacola, Florida.

Living room french doors open onto a screened-in deck with BBQ-enjoy the evening Gulf breezes while dining outdoors. The master bedroom french doors open onto a private deck. The members-only rec. center (a five minute walk from the house)features pools-(2) indoor and outdoor, gym, and tennis and basketball courts.

The city of Pensacola is 30 minutes away and the famous Gulf front Florabama club is a short ten-minute drive. Dauphin Island is nearby, visit the Sea Lab and Estuarium, Fort Gaines (historic civil war fort), the nearby Bellingrath Gardens, and Factory Outlet Shopping Mall. Take a boat ride out to see the historic Sand Island Lighthouse.

The private beautifully landscaped clubhouse offers in and outdoor pools along with a kiddie pool, 6 tennis courts, a basketball court, weight room, and exercise room. The community of Orange Beach offers endless boating, world famous fishing-inshore and offshore, golf, hunting, museums, windsurfing, parasailing, sightseeing and nightlife. It is "paradise," as the locals say!
