Enjoy your vacation in the townhouse of this grand 100 yrs old Victorian, "Villa Mari", just 5 mins. stroll to Easton's Beach. The spacious rental is over 1800 sq ft with 3 bdrms/ 2 full baths and is decorated in a cottage feel with coastal accents.

There is a king bed, queen bed, double bed and double sleeper futon in the living room. 2 bathrooms(1 w/shower downstairs and 1 w/ tub/shower upstairs).

Lounge in the comfortable 400 sq.ft.furnished covered porch with views to Renfrew Park (1 acre 1/2 of green area) and peeks of the Atlantic Ocean. The porch is perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset and listening to the ocean waves! The surrounding spacious side and backyard green areas are setup for outdoor grilling (gas grill inc.) and entertaining, complete with patio picnic table & attached benches and areas for badmitton, horseshoes or volleyball.

Easton's beach (5 min walk) famous for it's carousel,is a great family beach with snack bar, free concerts in evenings, discovery museum, playground and skate park.

Second beach (Sachuest) is 15 min walk or 1 min drive, with concession, parking, surfing, great swimming, windsurfing and kitesurfing! Bustling Newport Harbor is only an 8 min drive.

Walk from rental to nearby restaurant's: Flo's Clam Shack, Atlantic Beach Club, Island Pizza, KJ's Pub, Atlantic Grill, Tickets Rest& Bar. Plus convenience, hardware, sports and liquor stores.

  • Pet Friendly: Mature, well behaved dogs only. No dogs under 1 yrs. Absolutely NO dogs that bark incessently when left unattended.
  • Kid Friendly: Lots of green spaces to play. House is situated on a private circle drive with 12 other Victorian Houses. Large open green space is located in the center of the circle, easily seen from the front of the house and is perfect for playing frisbee, catch, kite flying, kick ball etc.
  • Smoking Not Allowed: Sand cans and ashtrays are placed outside for smokers.
