Reunion Resort and Club of Orlando is an exclusive five star gated private members community just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and only 10 minutes from the main gate of The Walt Disney Theme Park. Reunion Resort is close to numerous other attractions, restaurants, supermarkets and shops making it an ideal center for a family vacation.
"Independence" is our brand new villa, it has numerous upgrades, is professionally furnished with many original artworks and equipped to a very high standard.
This luxurious family home has its own private screened pool with spa enjoying all day sunshine. The pool area is fully equipped with loungers and outside furniture for alfresco dining.
The villa has free use of telephone, high speed internet, automatic climate control together with ceiling fans and an integrated music system throughout the main rooms and covered lanai. It is fully equipped with all bedding, bath and pool towels.
Bedrooms:
The spacious master suite is situated on the ground floor with access to the lanai and pool area. It has a king size bed, chest, nightstands and loveseat. There is a large walk in closet. The fully tiled bathroom has a roman tub; separate shower enclosure and twin washbasins.
A gallery landing leads to four additional bedrooms, two with queen size beds and two with twin beds. All bedrooms have a chest and nightstands in addition to fitted wardrobes. There are a further two family bathrooms.
All bedrooms are equipped with their own television, dvd and hair dryers.
Living Area:
High vaulted ceiling, overlooked by a gallery landing, it has sliding doors with access to the lanai and pool area. This spacious comfortable living area is equipped with cable television and dvd.
Dining Area:
Arts and Crafts style formal dining area with seating for six.
Kitchen:
Fully fitted luxury kitchen with a breakfast bar, lots of cupboard space and counter work surfaces, complete with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and cooking range. Other equipment includes microwave, electric coffee maker and toaster. There are ample cooking pans and utensils, crockery and glassware including plastic glassware for use around the pool.
A breakfast area adjoins the kitchen with table and seating for eight.
Games Room:
With full size pool and air hockey tables.
Other Facilities:
Laundry room with large capacity automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, baby crib and high chair. Bicycles and cool boxes are also provided.
Safety and Security:
Reunion Resort is a gated community with 24 hour security. The villa is fitted with a full security and fire alarm system in addition to emergency lighting. All outside doors have child alarms that can only be deactivated by an adult and the pool is enclosed within a childproof safety fence.
