Great mountain house located in quiet Blue River neighborhood, five minutes from the town of Breckenridge and the ski area! Great area near lake and surrounding views of Blue River, Quandry Peak, and Mount Baldy!!! 90 minute drive from Denver.
Located on nearly an acre of land with access to snowmobile trails to Boreas Pass, hiking and snowshoeing trails along Blue River to private lake (stocked in the summer) or hike the Breckenridge Trail all the way to town - four miles!!!
Close enough to Breckenridge - five minutes, less than four miles - to access the many restaurants, shops, and amenities, including ice skating and the Breckenridge Recreation Center. Can also access other close by ski areas - Keystone and Arapahoe Basin 15-20 minutes; Copper Mountain 15 minutes; Vail and Beaver Creek - 40 minutes.
This vacation mountain house is a great way to enjoy the mountains and have a place to relax! The house features an open living room, dining room for six to eight and a fully-appointed kitchen with hardwood floors - great for entertaining and family meals! It also offers a private deck with a barbecue and a Hot Tub!
Upstairs features a master bedroom with king bed, one bedroom with queen bed, and one room with a twin/full bunkbed plus large bathroom. Additional large bedroom downstairs with queen bed, French doors that open to back yard, bathroom (with bathtub), as well as a washer and dryer.
