This recently built waterfront custom home is nestled against 30 acres of Audobon landtrust, within a private, quiet community. It is an 8 minute walk to our private beach which can be seen across our pond from the Wrap around porch. The master bedroom has a private full bath with balcony overlooking the pond and ocean. There is a widows watch bedroom with a 180 degree view of the ocean. The kitchen has a welcoming center island granite countertop with bar seating for four. The living room has a large screen TV with DVD player and 14 speaker built-in wall and ceiling surround sound system. The entire house is supplied with wireless internet access available to any renter with a wireless equiped laptop. There is also an "after swim" shower located in a private area on the water side of the house. This is a wonderful, cost effective getaway in tough economic times. Please come be our guests.
