Our clean, sunny, non-smoking, 1st floor, corner/end unit condominium has privacy and accessibility. The condo is air conditioned and additionally has a new A/C unit in the master bedroom. Pack your iPad or laptop, we have Comcast high speed WiFi Broadband internet service in our condo.
Our beautiful, two bedroom condominium with an additional queen sleeper sofa has two full baths. It accommodates four to six people comfortably. We have free local and unlimited long distance calling. There's also digital voice telephone service with unlimited U.S. long distance calling and digital cable with a DVR and on Demand. Arrive to find a gift basket of local treats and an extensive, leather bound book of local information including maps and menus.
We are located on the private, award-winning, Jack Nicklaus design golf course. The furnished patio with cushioned furniture and gas grill is as relaxing as the quiet pond it abuts. We are one mile from many beautiful, pristine Cape Cod Bay beaches off Historic route 6A. Just type in hipcapecondo. com into google maps for a satellite view of our location.
If you prefer, use the fitness center, tennis courts or any of the six pools and Jacuzzis on the entire resort property (Resort fees required). There are also basketball & volletball courts at the Resort. The nearby public Captain's Golf course has two beautiful 18 hole course and newly constructed driving range. Linen rental service is available or bring your own. New air-conditioners, ceiling fan and floor fans are provided for your comfort. Relax in the Hip and vintage décor of our condominium. This is a comfortable and cool retreat. The grounds are gorgeous and beautiful flowers grace the property.
You have a choice... Relax and read, or be active. Hopefully you will do both! Our condominium accesses tennis courts, a variety of pools, has casual and fine dining, as well as a bike path from the property leading to the extensive, 25 mile, paved Cape Cod Rail Trail where you can ride, stroll, or in-line skate. Bike rentals are available at the Resort or in town. Take a golf lesson from the Pro Staff at the nearby public Captain's Golf Course. Tennis lessons and fitness classes are available throughout the season at Ocean Edge. Many beaches, both saltwater and fresh water are yours for the choosing. Nickerson State Park, antique shops, and restaurants are so close. You can walk to get ice cream, wine, flowers, pizza, fresh local seafood, DVDs, videos, and to local eateries.
Whale watching, boating, surfing, kayaking, and Striper fishing are a part of life here on the Cape. If you don't want to be active, you can hang at the water's edge and still be a part of it all by watching the action. Visit the National Seashore! Have a Park Naturalist take you on a guided program. The Cape Playhouse is America's oldest professional theater and is in the adjacent town of Dennis. Go to a Brewster Whitecaps baseball game, there's no admission! Catch a foul ball and get signatures from the Players before they become major leaguers!
On Sundays in July and August enjoy concerts in the Park by the Brewster Band, overlooking Cape Cod Bay... Just bring a chair, blanket & a cooler (which we provide)! Take a ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket during your stay at Chilton Lane. Elegant, casual, and savory settings like the Reef Cafe and the Linx Tavern are a short walking distance from the condominium.

Our condo location is fantastic! Private, pondview, backyard, 1st floor, end unit, lots of windows and centrally located in the resort! Chilton is a quiet village with no thru traffic.

Thank you for the use of your extremely comfortable condo. We three girls loved sitting around and soaking up the atmosphere. I came from Michigan for the weekend and will be back! Your condo is so darling! We have laughed ourselves silly & had our share of lobster and clams. Your Cape home is truely relaxing and refreshing. This setting has been great for our reunion.

You get what you pay for!!! Your hip Cape condo is by far worth every penny we paid!!!! All of the extras you provided made our vacation so much more enjoyable & convenient! Our buddies stayed in a similar unit at a slightly lower rental cost but had so many out of pocket additional costs when they arrived it ended up costing them much more in the end. Your condo is so lovely, clean, cool and well appointed we wanted to stay all summer!
