"High Times" hideout is located in the middle of Heavenly Ski Resort's Nevada Ski area and overlooks Lake Tahoe and Forest Service Land. The most peaceful & relaxing venue on the mountain. No through traffic. This 5 bedroom/3 bath has two bedrooms and one full bath upstairs complete with updated kitchen with bar area open to the living room. It has an incredible view of Lake Tahoe and forest service land from an altitude of 7500 feet. The lake side of the unit has a western view and is all windows with sliders that open up to decks on the first and second floor. Downstairs has two full bedrooms and bathrooms and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is joined with a spacious den. Both decks are perfect places to relax. Downstairs on the exterior deck sit in the relaxing hot tub and take in the best views of Lake Tahoe you will ever see. Incredible sunsets are scheduled every evening.
The second floor also has a great home entertainment system complete with a flat screen TV, stereo receiver, DVD and surround sound. High speed internet access is available via Clear Wire and for those needing the "working vacation" the home also comes equipped with free long distance via Vonage. The first floor has another home entertainment system which makes the unit a perfect family set up. Adults entertaining on the top floor and kids being kids on the bottom floor. New fireplace inserts on both floors. New Bosch tankless, "heat on demand", water heater provides unlimited amounts of hot water for showers, etc. Walking distance to Heavenly's Stagecoach high speed quad or just ski down to Heavenly's Boulder lift to then get access to the brand new Olympic high speed chair!! Free Heavenly ski resort and Casino shuttles pass by the parking lot several times/hour.
The Tahoe Rim Trail trail head is just yards away. Also, some of the best fly fishing in the world is very close by. For the kids there is a community pool just a short walk away (only open during the summer months). There is also a community hot tub next to the pool area that is open year round.
There are stairs leading up to the unit as well as inside, so those who have difficulty with stairs this is not an appropriate unit.
