About the owner: Tracey is an ex-San Franciscan hairdresser that moved to the High Desert two and half years ago. She came for the solitude and spaciousness that is prevalent in the area. Here she has invested energy on building and creating a space of enjoyment to share. She is a traveler herself and welcomes those who are looking for a private space to soak in the desert.
Why the Owner Chose Yucca Valley: The property sits up on a Northern facing slope giving the property nearly 360 degree views from the home. The previous owner installed a working greenhouse, pool and an additional pool house which lined up with what was on the criteria of what was to be thrive in the surroundings. The location is in between the legendary Pappy and Harriet’s and Joshua Tree National Park giving the place a great dynamic for what is offered in the area.
