PROPERTY: Casa Paula was renovated and upgraded in October of 2013. The property is a two-story house, divided in two apartments: one in the first floor and the other one in the second floor. Both apartments are completely separated one from the other. The two apartments are available for rent, making this perfect for larger groups. The apartment that is being presented here is the apartment in the FIRST floor; it simulates a house with about 1400 sq. ft. completely separated and private from the rest of the other apartments, with one private parking. The apartment in the second floor is 1000 sq. ft. with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a big balcony were you can see all Mcleary street great for BBQ and the apartment has its own two space private parking (back to back) (Listing 515225 www.vrbo.com).
LOCATION: Casa Paula is located in Mc Leary Street. Which is the main road of Ocean Park. The most visited beach in Puerto Rico is only 40 steps away from the house, is one of the most known beaches in the Caribbean for wind surfers, kite surfers, surfers, and all kinds of water sports. In the same street, “walking distance” are numerous restaurants, as: Kasalta Bakery (one of the most famous bakeries of PR), Mangos (restaurant during the day and in the evenings is a pub, great place for drinks), B de Burro (Mexican food), Bagua (Puertorrican food), Pizza Cone (Pizza) among others. Also in the same road you will find: surf shop, bike shops, gas station and groceries store. The back street is the famous St. Loiza. You will find all kinds of restaurants, pharmacy such as Walgreens and all types of shops. (In the attached photos you will see more in detail the location of the house and everything mentioned above.)
In other words, you won’t need a car. You can bike, there are many shops near by where you can rent, (20 steps of the house)… ;) At night, Ocean Park is a neighborhood where you can walk and see a lot of people on their bikes, walking, skating and doing exercise.
By car the house is: 10min. from Old San Juan, 5min.from Isla Verde, 10min. from Piñones, 10min. from the airport Luis Munoz Rivera, 90min. from Rincon, 40min. from Fajardo and 60min. from Ponce.
BEDROOMS: Master Bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom, the second bedroom has a full size bunk bed, the third room has a queen bed and the family is convertible to a room, the family has two twin size and a full size sofa bed). Hotel quality, fresh linens for each bed, plenty of pillows and blankets. Each room has a closet and A/C. Comfortably accommodates 10 people.
BATHROOMS: Two fully equipped bathrooms and a exterior shower for when you come from the beach. Hair dryer and fresh towels as well.
KITCHEN: Is completely equipped (new from November 2013). The kitchen has: 36 inches refrigerator, microwave and oven (all appliances are stainless steel)
LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and dryer combo with sufficient space to do your laundry. Cleaning equipment is provided plus ironing board and iron.
INTERIOR PATIO: The living area is connected with two big doors that give access to the patio. One is located in the dining room and the other one in the family room. Great for a BBQ or simple sit and relax. If you have a car the interior patio will serve as garage, but you have plenty space to have a BBQ too.
PARKING: 1 private parking, inside the house garage (rolling door)
ACCESSORIES: All rooms have an air conditioner unit. The Family Room has a 60 inches TV Cable WIFI Broadband internet is available everywhere in the house. BBQ
