Feels like the Caribbean or the Amalfi coast in our three bedroom, three bath, single family, smoke-free home located in a quiet neighborhood. The grounds are level and nestled low on the hillside in Sausalito's Banana Belt directly above SF Bay. We enjoy Sausalito's best weather, protected from the San Francisco fog and wind which our neighbors higher on the hillside sometimes experience. Our views are up close and personal, in fact Sausalito Yacht Harbor is practically in our front yard.
It's fully equipped, sleeps 6, with two decks, a wood burning stove and covered off-street parking. Walk into the center of town in five minutes for shopping, restaurants, water front parks and walkways and the Sausalito Yacht Harbor.
Sausalito is centrally located to all the San Francisco Bay area attractions - walk to the San Francisco ferry in 5 minutes or drive across the Golden Gate Bridge into San Francisco in 15 minutes. Take a 20 minute ride to Muir Woods and Stinson Beach or make a day of it and head to the wine country.
Longer jaunts to Lake Tahoe in the Sierra Mountains or south down the coast on Route 1 to Santa Cruz, Carmel and Monterey are just a few of the sights you can see during your visit to California.
