  • David, Sandy and I wanted to thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo in Palm Desert. We throughly enjoyed our vacation. The view of the golf course and surrounding hills out the patio door was spectacular. Every morning the sun would come up a gorgeous pink color and the days were wonderfully warm. A true vacation. The condo itself was decorated lovely. It was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and everything anyone would ever need.   • This was my first experience with VRBO and this owner. EXCELLENT, all the ways round. The owner is quick to respond and delivers a property that is exactly as featured. The condo was CLEAN, kitchen well stocked with utensils and cookware, and the property grounds were well manicured. The condo itself has been meticulously maintained, great AC, and had some extra touches (ie: tiled patio) that gave it a boost above the rest. If you are deciding between a vacation rental and a hotel, the condo rental is definitely the bang for the buck. We took a look-see at the JW Marriott and Marriott Villas--it was a zoo. We were so thankful that we were staying here! Thankyou David, and we will be back next year!

The pools are great, Desert Fall CC is well kept and quiet.Great location in the desert, near grocery stores, Hwy 111, Marriott, and restaurants.   • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Palm Desert (in June of 2007)and a large part of that enjoyment was the condo. It is supplied with everything you could need, decorated very tastefully, the owner is professional and courteous, and the location is convenient. We enjoyed the gym at the club and they were very friendly as well. The grounds are well-maintained and the pool area is clean and inviting. We would not hesitate to return to this condo or recommend it to friends.
