This unit is 1 of the best equipped condos we've ever rented & very comfortable. It's perfectly located for using the pool & has a lot of room. It's very tastefully decorated & there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there---including the 4 great bikes. Would be perfect for 2 couples or 3 singles
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway.

Stayed with another couple in July, 2011. Unit is upgraded with new carpet (installed July, 2011). Large patio with afternoon shade and large pool within view but not close enough to hear kids in pool. Entire complex has so much to offer and location is perfect. I'm sure we'll be back.

I have visited several California VRBO rentals but had never booked one myself, and I can't say enough wonderful things about this property and working with David. His was by far the best of the condos I've seen. The condo is gorgeous and so clean with a fabulous kitchen. Everything about the place exceeded my expectations, and my family is still talking about what a great find it is. David is always easy to contact via email or phone, and was attentive to every question and detail prior to, during, and after my stay. We visited Joshua Tree National Park and went up the famous tram in Palm Springs -- both are very accessible from this location and not to be missed for first-timers. This condo really has it all, and we look forward to visiting again!

Once again we had a great vacation at your condo. We feel so relaxed when renting your condo and really enjoy watching the sun rise each morning. We enjoyed your new television at night but did our sightseeing during the daytime hours. We visited Idyllwild up in the mountains, Borrego Springs and of course the Factory Shops at Cabazon. Our group of three golfers stayed at this condominium last weekend. The accommodations were exactly as described by the owner, it was perfect for our purposes – we each had our own room and bath. It was very close to Desert Willow where we played three days, and not far from Eagle Falls where we played the last day. There is a television in every bedroom and one small one in the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped, as is every other room in the house, including exercise equipment in the bedrooms and bicycles in the garage. We tried one of the owner's restaurant recommendations, Las Casuelas Terraza, in Palm Springs, and it was the best traditional Mexican food I have had in a long time. I definitely recommend these accommodations.

It is hard to tell which review is for which condo - all this owner's condos have the same reviews on them. We stayed in the 2 bedroom plus den with another couple in May of 2010 for a week. Generally the unit is large and has all the fixings, and is located close to the pool. Did find the carpets (which are also in some of the bathrooms...) to be dirty looking - dark colored walking paths in most of them - I had my slippers on at all times! Also crumbs in drawers and on counters, but that stuff I could clean up. I am not a clean freak, but have to say this is probably the least clean condo we have stayed in while visiting PS (4 visits). The largest pool in the complex is located near the unit, and even it was having some issues during our stay - something was not working properly and there was crud all over the bottom of the pool the first day. It was fixed and was okay for 5 or 6 days, but the last day it was back again. We golfed the course and it was very nice - also evening meals at the clubhouse were very inexpensive. Owner was great for booking and sending deposit back, but never even asked me when we talked on the phone after our stay if everything had been okay. Probably would not book again due to so many awesome accomodations available in PS...and we do like to try out new places as we hope to buy something in a couple of years.

We stayed here during Spring Break 2008. We loved it so much that we are returning for Spring Break 2009. We have a 5 and 15 year old and they both LOVED the pool. Wonderful communcation and follow up from owner.

My friends and I went to Palm Springs for a girls weekend and stayed at the condo. It was so nice, clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitly come back again!

David, What a great condo. The decor is outstanding, very well equipped home. Comfortable and relaxing. The pools are great, Desert Fall CC is well kept and quiet.Great location in the desert, near grocery stores, Hwy 111, Marriott, and restaurants. Spacious and nicely upgraded interior located in a well maintained private complex. Condo is conveniently located adjacent to two pools. Cabazon Factory Stores with 150 shops is about a 25 min drive east on the I-10, and well worth the trip. Multiple golf courses in general area as well. Would definitely return to this condo in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Palm Desert (in June of 2007)and a large part of that enjoyment was the condo. It is supplied with everything you could need, decorated very tastefully, the owner is professional and courteous, and the location is convenient. We enjoyed the gym at the club and they were very friendly as well. The grounds are well-maintained and the pool area is clean and inviting. We would not hesitate to return to this condo or recommend it to friends.

My family and I stayed at this condo in June 2007. It's a beautiful condo in a great location. Close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The pictures really show how nice it is. The owner was easy to work with and very reliable. I would recommend this condo to friends and family. We look forward to staying there again sometime.

We have rented this condo twice, I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys five star accommodation .it is tastefully decorated.....every modern convience you would want...items you thought you may have forgotten are conveniently there.......ex....books, movies, incidentals ,spa towels, great bedding,....and sun block...great thought went in this condo for the guests convenience. The owner is very accommodating and thoughtful. We would definitely return to this condo if there was availability!
